Could someone be so kind as to design me an image that could be printed off poster size ( 30 " X 20 " )

It is for a friend who has his own pub abroad

He supports Rangers and Spurs So a fifty fifty mix would be good

His pub is called EXTREEMZ So it would be good if that could be along the top

and finally " Rangers media web address along the bottom "

    Many thanks in advance

  4. I lived in the tenements at Nethan street in Govan and around 1958-59 when I was 10 my younger brother and me used to walk along the railway tracks and go up to the St. Anthony's ground which was about half a mile from from Ibrox on Edmiston Drive. We would sneak into the ground from the railway and generally just muck around and watch a little of game and kill time before making our way home for our 'tea'

From the gound we could see the sky lit up not too far away with the occasional roar coming from the same direction. We decided to go and see what this noise was and what was causing the sky to be so bright. At the entrance to the Broomloan Road side the gates were open and some people were leaving the ground so we both went in and were confronted with this huge staircase made of wooden logs and ash. We climbed to the top and the sight of the floodlit ground and this vast football stadium just left me wide eyed and in awe. Rangers were playing Raith Rovers at the time and I new the Gers played in the royal blue tops but on that night they were playing in the European strip of white with the red and blue bands and Raith had the royal blue tops. I remember thinking that as Raith were wearing the blue tops they must be the Gers but 'Raith' seemed to be so much better than them. I learned later that the Gers were in white and beat Raith 2-0 that night.

That was the beginning of my love affair with the Gers. Ian and I would go along to Ibrox every Saturday to watch either the reserves or the big team. It was ninepence for the reserves and one and six for the big team. We couldn't afford it for the big team so we used to get lifted over the turnstiles and some fans even gave us the money to get in, which we thanked them for but still tried to get a lift over and then have a treat of a pie and bovril.

I still consider myself very fortunate to have seen the Gers of that era and I believe the team then was Niven Shearer Caldow, McColl Paterson and Stevenson, Scott ,McMillan Max Murray or Millar, Sammy Baird and Wilson.

In the reserves we watched Henderson, Greig, McKinnon and Bobby Hume.

The last game I attended at Ibrox before coming to Bermuda in March of 1971 was the new year game against Celtic when Johnstone scored with just minutes remaining. My mate Eddie Barr and myself almost went to leave by that fatal staircase but stopped long enough to finish another can of lager when Stein scored. Pandemonium erupted and we stood for a few minutes signing. We tried to leave by exit 17 but is was just jam packed so we climbed over the wooden fence at the top of the staircase and slid down the grass embankment unaware of what was happening on that fatal stairway.

You have told your story with obvious passion

    Thanks for sharing

    brilliant

  5. of course you can, if you have the correct leads and connectors.

your camera is basically acting as the player instead of your TV, and your DVD is recording it, as it does a pic from your telly etc.

likely you have red/yellow/white leads from your camera and a connector for these on your DVD recorder (possibly hidden under a flap at the front - at the side or rear.

alternatively - if you have not the right connectors, you could connect cam to tv and then record tv signal.

it may be that camera has a fire wire connector which you could use to connect direct onto your pc / dvd writer

  6. I do a fair bit of travelling and recently purchased the Archos 605 PMP

The 160 GB model can hold upto 300 videos ... 1.000 of .. plus photo's

you can buy a docking station which plugs in line between your Cable box and TV so you can tape direct onto the Archos

    Great for anyone who travels

    Better than an ipod

  7. I was 32 years of age when i went to my first match
