  1. I couldn't give a toss about the SFA/SPL right now, they have done nothing to help us but theres no way they're to blame for the totally gash peformance we put out today!

Exactly, we have a ridiculous amount of games to finish the season but we had fresh legs on today in the form of Adam, McCulloch. The team need to take the blame here, no-one else.

  2. I hate this 'acting like tims' nonsense if you want to take a stand. It's about time some fans forget about the tims and do what is best for our club in the long run. Sorry if a boycott would ruin your 5 year record of missing no games, but sometimes, just sometimes, we have to put our club first and our own personal interests second.

  3. I enjoy going to away games to follow Rangers and will always follow follow on regardless of what team is having petty squabbles with us.

Its our large support that helps us churn out results at away games. You are effectivly leaving Rangers with a disadvantage at Tannadice... its difficult enough for us to win up there!

There's nothing to stop you guys in the trust boycotting...

If you dont want to go then dont go - give the ticket to some poor fan who never gets offered a ticket and let the rest of us who thinks a boycott is silly to get on with it.

I am a Rangers supporter... not a Dundee United hater.

Our large support has helped us churn out results up there in the last few seasons right enough!

We are all Rangers supporters and I'm sure we all enjoy our away trips so I'm not sure why that point is relevant to this discussion.

It is relevant beacuse I still want to go and support Rangers no matter who they are playing and no matter how much they hate us.

You can dsagree all you want, but I am not in favour of a boycott and would still go anyway.

I thought we as Rangers fans were above this childish pish. Obviously not.

    What is childish about it?

It's childish beacuse it wreeks of spitting the dummy out. "Dundee United dont like us anymore - so we wont give them money and refuse tickets"

Ive said before - no-one is stopping you boycotting on a personal level if you feel that strongly about it.

Plenty of people have boycotted Celtic Park for years so Celtic dont get money.... Hearts aswell since they started charging £33. You can do the same if hating Dundee United means that much to you, but try not to let the other fans suffer aswell :rangers:

So, what do you propose as a method to stop the cretins of scottish football attacking our club with free will? Sit back, remain silent and do nothing? As long as you get a game or two at Tannadice?

    Beggars belief really!!!

  4. Believe it or not but I've heard that some Celtic supporters dont want us to win this UEFA Cup. you would think these fellows would get right behind us and urge us on to victory but some of them dont and would be happy to see us get beaten.

    Has anyone else noticed this?

    I don't believe it!!!

And, I don't care :bouncy: :bouncy: :bouncy:

Sorry mate but i wholeheartedly disagree on this one. This was my attitude to the full season boycott.

But do you want to allow Dundee United to get away with their frequent attacks on the referees while linking that with our club? I for one am sick and tired of seeing Rangers being portrayed in a negative light by all and sundry either through jealousy or sheer hatred. If we don't make a stand as a support and hit clubs like Dundee United in the pockets, where it hurts most, then the attacks will continue and get worse.

If not a boycott what else can be done? I see this as the most feesible option at the time being. I am a Rangers supporter aswell, just one who has had enough of the constant slurs directed towards both myself as a fan and the club i support. We make a stand this once and it sets a precedent whereby other clubs will think twice in the future before attempting to discredit Rangers.

Agree completely. The dignified silence approach is getting us nowhere. It's time to take a stand. :rangers:

I really don't think violence is the answer ....

    :harhar:

    :really:

  7. motherwell will be the test to be honest, not to concenred about stmirren or aberdeen. its motherwell away on a horrible pitch etc and our away form in the spl is rather bad

True but motherwell's home record aint that hot either!!! It'll all depend on who wants it more I think.

  8. It might only be one exam but if its an end of year exam at uni there's no resit therefore another year wasted at uni doing what you did the year before. however, if the exam is the day after surely you can pop down to manchester for a couple of hours no? ;)

Unfortunately I wont be going or its the sack for me. Cant get the holidays because my boss is off and no one to cover my absence! :(

  9. Winning our next 4 matches means we'll win the league on the last home game of the season against Dundee Utd. Maybe i'm more fussy about this than some people but i want celebrations at Ibrox, true proper party. :rangers: The league being presented away to Motherwell, St Mirren or Aberdeen? Nah. <_<

Absolutely agree that an Ibrox party would be great, but I don't really care where we win it as long as we do.

  10. I agree. the boo boys were out again today, and aye it was an abysmal performance, but how the hell were the guys supposed to lift themselves when you could hear a pin drop when the St J fans were not singin!!! The fans DO make a huge difference to the performance on the park, and the fans today were shocking. The first real full voice song was very late on!!!
