I'm sure someone will predict where he'll be next season.....if they link enough teams to him
-
You can hardly blame him for putting that sort of price on him even though it is slightly high for what your getting, £1.5m tops i say....
-
The Disdain shown on here for Boydy is pretty sad to be honest.
Considering how much we paid for him and the return we got on the pitch why all the bile?
Good luck to the guy, He'll always get a round of applause from me if I see him on a pitch again.
What he says.............probably the best post in the thread
-
The 3 tiers would be awesome, but not really any point for us as we would only fill it once or twice a season so we'd be better as we are except maybe fill the corners in.
-
I've heard the words 'hell hath no fury like a women scorned' or words to that effect, its seems like there are lots of women on this thread.......
-
I don't think we should be paying money for 16-18 year olds, just might make them get ahead of themselves and maybe puts a lot of pressure on them also, we should be bringing them through from younger without the need for any payments.
-
I've not really seen much of Ledley by all accounts he seems highly rated, it doesn't look like we were in the race to sign him anyway..
-
BF was a favourite player of mine at the time and was sad to see him go, but wished him all the best. My thinking at the time was he signed that contract in some sort of arrangement not that long before he left
Boyd was getting punted out the door not so many months ago, maybe that was part of his decison to leave and now he's leaves for free, i'm sad to see him go but i wish him all the best wherever he goes and we move on.
-
I think he's looked good at times too few right enough,he's need to bring consistency as well up his game and maybe he will in a central role, but it looks like Lafferty will get the nod which i'd like to see for a run of games anyway.Naismith has to keep working away trying to improve and impress when and where he plays, you could say that about most of the squad....

A seat in the EE approx 437

I'm not keen, i'd like to think it'll look better in real time.
-
I would be happy enough. I'd guess our options would probably be limited so would guess again that Ally would be the cheap option.
-
Great piece, hats off to you guys for highlighting this scumbag and what he's about, how does he get away with it. He hates us more than he loves his own club......he's one sad individual.
-
Well who is being economical with the truth then i don't know what to believe any more, a case of wait and see, go lie down in a darkened room for a month or something like that
-
Well he wasn't wearing that at the start of the night so she should be worried who it used to belong to.
I think that was the outfit of Laffertys bit of stuff, you think they'd be bird swapping also
-
Oh dear does'nt sound good does it..........here where it originally came from http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/football/scotland/article7129280.ece

I think the only people making statements should be Mr Ellis and the like, is he buying the club or not, how long does he need or is he still scrambling around trying to dig up the funds from somewhere.....
-
I don't think we're in a position to turn down any half decent offer for any of our players never mind a potential world cup star
-
Can't see it myself, all Websters interviews say he's coming back, so looks like he'll be a first choice for us next season, still got to prove he can hack it with us.
-
For those saying they trust sir Dave on this, did you trust him when we were 80 million in debt and he said we wouldn't get in that state again............... a few year down the line and we're in the shit again.
-
I'd take Zola as a coach.
His work alongside Pierluigi Casiraghi with the Italy U-21 side was absolutely fantastic
He's not a manager. Some people are just better suited to being 'number 2', Steve Clarke and Archie Knox are just two examples.
Walter Smith could be another one for your list. Great at building team spirit, found lacking when it comes to tactical matters.

Aye, you're right. Definitely not a good manager.
Not in the EPL anyway just like Zola
-
Never thought he was that good before, not really paid much attention to him this past season although he must've done something right to be candidate for POTY. Remains to be seen if he can hack it with us though.
-
Cheers for the updates, and seems like a decent showing from them.

Whats the story with this.........
Rangers no longer marketing a controlling stake

I think that is why he did sign said contract as he knew sir dave was still going to be at the helm.
