  1. Point in case, it wasnt! There is a benchmark for crimes and punishments, and, fitting sentences. These dont fit into that category.

Your last bit, i certainly hope you dont consider yourself part of the 99.99999%

Your attitude and actions (or rather, inaction and support of that) probably mean you cause more harm to our reputation, and, in fact, club, than someone who had a bit of a scrap!

No doubt you would need that explaining, but, if you do, there have been countless threads on the subject over the years.

Minstral managed to say this is far less words than me, 3 I think it was!

So because i dont condone the violent actions just because they are so called Rangers fans i am not a good Rangers fan?

I know a lad that was lifted (Colin Morrison) and he is nothing but an absolute thug. Doesnt go to games, doesnt even mention he is a Gers fan until he goes to Manchester and causes trouble. Now im pretty sure that he wasnt the only one like that. I cant fathom peole defending the actions of these people.

  2. What an absolute cunt of a reply, you're a much bigger moron than I first gave you credit for! Well done.

Not got anything remotely constructive to say so you hit out with stupid questions like that ? You know fine well they weren't charged with throwing chewing gum, it was making a point that sometimes you can't justify every sentence.

This is from a city who's police battered everyone in site and a judge that claimed Rangers fans caused more damage than the IRA bombings of '96 ?

    Get a grip.

so by your wee judicial system if a guy throws a piece of chewing gum on the floor and is caught and punished with a sentance of 2 years in prison , with him being guilty you would agree on the sentance?.

most folk are agreeing that if these guys are guilty then yes they must be punished but i think that the sentances are very harsh and do not reflect some of the charges brought

So they were charged with throwing chewing gum were they?

I will respond with this to you as well. i am rather flabargasted at how you edit a part of a comment to seomeone elses post to try and suit your ends.

  3. Maybe ye should turn yer computer aff, take a couple o Panadol and a walk in the fresh air mate - it might jist clear yer heid o aw that shite that's floatin aboot in it.

Was what i responded to. Like how you pick the one bit out to make no sense.

  5. Your really are missing the point here big style, aren't you?

No i dont believe so. If theses people are guilty of their crimes then they are rightly punished. I dont sympathise with those who are guilty. The sooner all of this is finished with the sooner we can get on proving that we are a wonderfull support which 99.99999% of us are.

  6. Is that all? what about fellow Rangers fans who were in the wrong, but have been on the wrong side of a publicty stunt. You obviously don't care about them?

If anyone was innocent of course i would but in this case from what i have seen and heard these guys are not. Its the innocent good fans who do not get involved in trouble that have to live with the publicity stunt to continually have to defend themselves after the actions of others.

How many times is this going to be brought up.... There is no excusing how that small minority of fans reacted. It was disgusting and has damaged our reputation beyond belief on what was a very special day. Rather than hgoing on and on about the screens, we should be making sure that any bad elements in our support are shown that they are not welcome. We cant fix what has happened, but we can make sure it does not happen again.

  8. Am sure ma m8 said he read on one of their forms that there going to do this at 5pm on the day of the game right along paisley road west, lets all go down there att 5pm and see how mad these muppets are

    You at the front then

  9. no i think the siege mentality can be rather damaging. Some so called Rangers fans (who are a small few) have damaged our reputation this past few years and unfortunately cast a bad light on the rest of us. What we should be doing is proving that we are a great support, which 99-9% of us are. If we see any poor behaviour amongst our own support then we should address it to make sure that this reputation does not continue to follow us.
