Not sure what you meant by the press comment. I mean the standing press. Strict form, no pushing from the knees. So knees locked, abs braced, pressing the bar straight overhead.
Very rare that you see anyone do this in the gym hence a lot of shoulder problems.

Obviously I don't know how much you weigh but that's an impressive bench. Not far off elite levels as defined by Rippetoe and Kilgore.
If you're squatting properly then it has no impact on your knees. I've seen guys with no ACL squat 150kg. I've had my share of knee problems and it is no problem.

Deadlift 185kg max
Squats are not good for me with 2 dodgy knee's, I usually stick to somewhere between 80 and 90kg 3 sets of 8. Dont go for max reps.
Press?
I train roughly 20% less than the max at 3 sets of 8/10 then go for max.
