Pennsylvania State University is one of the most followed university teams over here. Their coach has been there forever and has earned a great deal of respect throughout most of the country. It seems like he knew of some young boys being raped, but did not contact the police when the university failed to respond to some of the accusations. This seems very similar to the Big Jock-Torbett saga.
