Agreed. And even his goal against ICT was as much luck as it was a nice finish. They guy is a substandard midfielder, i just wish we had another credible option.

Whitty is a threat when he's got the ball at his feet running forward, but he is absolutely hopeless at defending. Time and time again he gets turned by wingers, caught ball watching, out of position etc etc etc. He has good aspects but first and foremost for a DEFENDER is being able to DEFEND, and unfortunately Steven doesn't tick that crucial box. He'd make an okay wing back and be alright Vrs diddy teams but against halfdecent opposition? He is a complete and utter liability. In short, not good enough.

Out of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th - 3rd is by far and away the WORST place we could finish in the group. A series of home tests and away travels in a diddy cup is exactly what this Rangers squad does not need.

Let's face it we play poor football, it get's results (usually) but it can be dull playing with 10 men behind the ball. Neverthe less, failing to sell out a single game, even on the form we've been on is a poor reflection.

This. Decent final scores have glossed over a lot of sub par performances. BIG improvements needed and if we drop more points against St. Mirren next weekend it will be an absolute disaster.

Pathetic state of affairs allround on Saturday. We were dross on the park against a diddy team, and dropping vital points after doing so, so well the week before is criminal.
What's worse though was the empty seats dotted around Ibrox, our fans have a lot to answer for, and the booing at the end? After one bad result? Pathetic.
If the players show the same attitude in Spain we will be mauled, we don't have the quality but at least before yesterday we had effort.

I fear for us in this game, Valencia - while were quiet at Ibrox - ooze quality and i think we should just go over and set up shop. A bore draw would be a phenomenal result for us given circumstances.

There will be big shoes to fill if we lose Miller and Bougherra at some point this season, and where's the moeny going to come from to replace them? Sign new contracts or fuck off.

I'd go with this team.
Need to make sure we seal all 3 points early on. Dropping points here would be a disaster after the superb result on Sunday. Inverness really shouldn't trouble us but we most keep the heads screwed on and do a professional job.

He's not a supporter right now he's a player and should behave like one.
Others players contribute far more than him and manage to contain themselves. Really wish this boy would get his head down and make a success of his time at rangers because so far he has been a massive disapointment and is more famous for robot dances and stuff like this than what he has achieved on the field.

It's a stange one, he's not good enough for City but he's too expensive for us. He says he wants to return to City and fair play to him but another loan spell would be ideal as he's a good, direct winger.

Agreed mate.
Bougherra looks less than interested, you just know he's becoming overcocky and itching for a move away. His fuckups have almost cost us a few times this season, it's only a matter of time.
