  1. Where were the 7 defenders?

Every team has a defensive set up when they do not have the ball. Their wide played drop deep to cover the full backs and their central midfield duo sit in and try and block passes into the strikers.

They only had so many men behind the ball because we take so long to mount an attack.

When they equalised their manager put a player on to play in front of John Daly, because he knew Ally would go route one.

The guy just stood in front of Daly and that stopped him attacking the ball, Daily fouled him once as he tried to get to high balls

For most of the game the 7 defenders where lined up no more than 35yards from there goals.

Not an excuse its just a fact that teams are a lot more defensive against us than the rest.

We played St Johnstone they went one up front, 3 days late they played Thistle and went 3 up top

  2. You seen that advert for the online game galaxy wars or summit like that?

Well we have our own forum wars TBH i think it is an untapped source that Rangers/Green/Ahmed/RM/FF/GT/Whyte/somebody with the surname Murray/Kennedy/Prior/Luxley could make a few bob out off.

  3. 90% of statistics are bollocks

Ebbe Skovdahl once noted that "statistics are just like mini-skirts, they give you good ideas but hide the most important thing"

Hoopers win rate against us is only 40%.

    Not exactly a bogie player.

    Played 10, won 4, lost 4 and drew 2.

But lets remember, he is worth £999,999,999

This proves what the bold Ebbe said.

3 goals i can remember a header in a game we won at theirs, a nice finish at ours in a game we won and a good goal in a game they won just before we shut them up in the cup final

  4. PS I note from the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority Publication of Expenses for MP's that your annual claim for staffing costs amounted to £115, 518.71 whilst those of Mr Ed Miliband the leader of your party were only £93, 742 .42. Perhaps you could clarify for me why a backbench MP has staffing costs far in excess of the Leader of the Opposition

    :wink::praise::mutley: :mutley:

  5. Smith was a decent prospect first time round and is a solid pro he just had bigger competition back then. We are in a different state now and he will prove more useful this time round I imagine.

Sure he was higher rated than Hutton when breaking through.

  6. I don't remember Sandy being signalled out for stick when he played for us

What ive been told was that he was a grafter and fast as fuck.

Just saying with the goal average i thought he may be a bit better remembered, maybe he is but im just too young i mostly remember him as a moaning face manager and pundit (tu)
