    Hateley the CB?

    I seem to remember Mark Hateley playing a game vs Kilmarnock (lost 1-0) at the end of 93-94 season as a Centre half. Was just wondering was this a one off or was Walter planning on using him more in that position? Bearing in mind big dunc was maybe gonna get a run of games up top for the new season. Seemed a crazy idea to play him CB when he'd scored 30 goals that season. Any thoughts?

    A reserve game in 1993 vs Hearts at ibrox. Bunch of us shouted to away fans "you only came here coz it cost a pound". Which was only reason we were there.

    And a midweek game vs Aberdeen at ibrox in 2000. De boer had 2 shocking corners which got 6 inches off the ground. My mate shouted from Broomloan front "get a fucking decent one in this time de boer". De boer gave an evil look towards where we were sitting, took the corner and Mols scored. My mate claimed the assist. Haha

    The quiz show was fucking awful the poor mans "they think it's all over" which was crap too. I seem to remember Donald Findlay and Tommy Docherty in sep teams one episode. Donald Findlay made a joke about his jacket that was red on outside,orange on the inside, but can't think who he was slagging. I MIGHT have a programme of the select game as my dad used to go to shit like that. Need to check.im sure you could buy the shirt for the select side as I remember some sheep at high school wearing it.

    Anyone remember back in maybe 89-90 time a game taking place at hampden between and scottish league select side and a scotland national 11? i seem to recall Gary Stevens being captain of the league select team and the wore a light blue top. think it was for some trophy as well.

    And.......

    Anyone know if theres any clips of the old show on stv 'a game of two halves'. jim white,the host and dennis law and tony roper the captains.think that was mid 90s time......seem to remember Andy Goram gettin a fair bit of stick for the womens underwear joke. Help me out folks.Cheers

    Is there a rule on the amount of loan signings a team can make in the S.P.L? my thoughts are this is a road we will have to go down for next season. Premiership or Championship. maybe thinking 5 or 6 loans and also will this see who our friends and enemies from down south really are?

    tryin to rack my brains about a SC tie under McLeish's reign when Kanchelskis and Dodds played and we scored 2 quite early (opening 10mins?) too lazy to google it :lol: was a 'lowly' side away from home and was our fringe side.

    Anyway,would hope to see the likes of

    We have to play strongest team.Its not as though we can play mixture of both kids and experience as some of our better young players are injured anway(Ness and Hutton).be interesting to see if jelavic plays with healy.And what role if any fleck and mcmillan have.Remember,we need to win this cup as i feel celtic could be on a treble push
