    The only slight problem with Leggo's article is that Barcelona are a much, much better side than Manure. Are we to hold that Stirling Albion are better than Motherwell because we lost to Albion but beat Motherwell? His logic is laughable, like everything else about him, especially the Freddy Kruger photo at the top of his page

    SUper Ally is a Rangers legend and the players on that pitch don't know the meaning of the word 'desire'.

    This is not the time for calling for the manager's head. He's had to put up with an unbelievable year and now more than ever he needs our support. The fair weather fans can get to fuck as far as I'm concerned.

    I know, it seems that it's not acceptable to ask questions about Mr Green on this forum. I came here from FF as I didn't like the bullying, arrogant behaviour of the moderators. This site is a lot better but question Green in any way and you get bombarded with negative reps. I just wish folk would question things a bit more.

    Green said the CVA would be accepted - didn't happen

    Green said the SPL share would transfer from the oldco - didn't happen

    Green said we would play in the first division next season - didn't happen

    Green said he was away last week to meet UEFA - they denied any knowledge of any meeting

    Green denied that Kennedy had made a bid last month - Kennedy says he did and instructed his lawyers to re-send the paperwork to prove it.

    Anyone seeing a pattern emerging here?

    Do you think we need 30m for 3rd division?

    I don't know how much it would take to operate a world class stadium like Ibrox and a state of the art training facility like Auchenhowie but it certainly won't be cheap. Police costs, staff costs, all manner of costs. Just because we're in the third division doesn't mean we will suddenly be able to operate on a budget like East Stirling's.

    Only one week to go until we get the £30million injection of working capital promised by Mr Green last month.

    I wonder how much of that has been earmarked for new players? Presumably this is why we are being linked with players of a decent standard such as Black and Beattie.

    What would be an acceptable transfer war chest for Ally out of that £30million?

    Takeover of Cowdenbeath - Could This Be A Solution

    From what we're hearing from the likes of Morton and Dunfermline today, the idea of a restructuring which sees Rangers go to Division One already looks like a long shot. Unlike many bears, I don't want us in the fourth tier of Scottish football unless it is unavoidable. I feel it would be absolute purgatory.

    I'm also concerned about the fact that we have apparently not lodged the necessary paperwork today regarding membership of the SFA. There is also a requirement for any applicant club to lodge three years of audited accounts. How can a 'newco' possibly do this? Furthermore, there has been a suggestion that two other clubs have applied for Division 3 membership, possibly Spartans and another. If the trolls that run the diddy clubs are spiteful enough, they could quite easily allow one of these clubs in, leaving us with absolutely nowhere to go.

    I therefore wonder if the answer might be to take over Cowdenbeath, similar to what Airdrie did with Clydebank. They took Clydebank's membership, league share, etc, changed their name to Airdrie United and set up home in Airdrie. They wear the same strip and have the same fans as the 'old' Airdrie.

    Now I know that this would not be a universally popular move, especially among Cowdenbeath fans, but is this an option? If we were to do it we would be in the first division for a start and there would be nothing to stop us from moving to Ibrox, changing the strip to the Rangers one, etc.

    Does anyone think this is a viable option if all else fails?

    What is all the fuss about with this pish? I've had bheasts in work coming up and telling me with great delight that we are going to be stripped of titles and cups over this. How the fuck is that? We registered all our players and we didn't field anybody who was ineligible, did we? So if we paid players a bit extra by way of EBT's then what's the problem? These players weren't using performance enhancing drugs, they simply got paid more. How does that equate to cheating? The same players won the leagues and cups regardless of how much we paid them, EBT's or no EBT's. If we were in a position to pay players a bit more because we are bigger than all these diddy clubs that we have to share a league with, that's their problem. We were the ones playing in front of 50,000 every home game, no these shitey wee clubs. I'm totally sick of this anti-Rangers witch hunt. We need to apply to England because we'll never be allowed a level playing field in this shitehole of a country.
