I've read that to the article I read defenetly said teams outwith Scotland that we o money to will b part of a cva. Would it not make sense to balance the books and use any money coming in for players to pay other clubs and keep the football debt with the new owners means less cvas

IMO we have no choice as it's obvious to anyone with half a brain that D&P will do anything but give the preferred bidder status to TBK. I have no idea why that should be and quite frankly at this stage I don't care, all I want is my football club to be saved by someone, almost anyone who will get us some stability. Even somebody who is out to make money doesn't bother me, afterall it worked for fungus mcsquint and he is now a hero so let's all just embrace a "saviour" and pray they do the right thing as the alternative is awful.

We know what happens next Hustler evil cant of a man Craig Whyte takes control of the club and orchestrates our downfall by stripping our assets which he has done all his business life.its how he makes his money he's a pro at it,he f**ked us over,EVERY single one of his business's have been liquidated,and that's what scares me here.
He appoints Duff and and Phelps.(His Pals)
Since Duff n Phelps came in they have came out with excuse after excuse,they are coining it in the longer they delay and stay in Ibrox (until the money dries up).So there in a winning position financially,Good for them but not good for us.
The big emphasis here is on DELAY DELAY....But Delay for what ? We know there coining it in but where else does Craig Whyte Coin it in,because lets face it that's his plan.(Money is his best friend)
The Question ? Does Craig Whyte coin in more with new owners coming in just now or does he make more money with us being liquidated and taking control of the assets like Ibrox and Murray Park and can he take control of those assets ?
If he does make the most from liquidation well I really do think that's what will happen because he is the one pulling the strings and he just wants us for as much money as he can.He is cold and calculated and I think he is still playing games with us!
