The only thing McCulloch's steadied is his bank balance.

it jus shows how hoghly they rate McHeady lol not very if McCourt is his replacement lol
They wont sell McGeady this year. McCourt will probably be an impact player off the bench. They obviously do rate him high with a 15Mil price tag on him.

Has been out for most of the season, and is another striker.

Welcome Kyle. You are coming to a club with an illustrious history which you are now a part of. A club which prides itself on Dignity.
Good Luck

Derry City winger Pat McCourt is set to snub West Bromwich Albion for a move to Scottish giants Celtic.
City and West Brom have agreed a transfer fee for the 24-year-old but it is believed McCourt prefers to join the SPL champions.
The former Northern Ireland U21 international with be in Glasgow on Thursday for talks with Celtic.
McCourt agreed personal terms with the Baggies last week and the deal is subject to him passing a medical.
Derry have refused to disclose the fee involved but it is believed to be substantially better than West Brom's initial offer, which the club said was derisory.
Kenny had partially blamed the long, drawn out negotiations with West Brom for City's poor form in the Eircom League.
It is thought that the Midlands club's initial offer for McCourt was in the region of £50,000.

Jesus Wept, this boy is a terrible footballer.

May be an obvious one but think we should spend some of the £30 odd million to sign van Bronckhorst.
This would sort the problem left back position. I believe he is back playing in Holland so surely we could temp him back??
We need to spend money we have done much since we stopped spending after Advocatt so lets build on last season.
But aye i'd love to see Gio in our team.

Artur Boruc, by a mile.

Rene Aufhauser
Luca Toni
Mario Gomez
All have disappointed me.

1m for a proven goalscorer who is good in all areas is not a bad bit of business.
I can see Cousin and Darcheville moving on anyway.
"Killer" Killen was a goalscorer with the wee-tims but like you say it's a decent bit of business. Is it not 1.5 Mil mate?

2-1 Russia, Pavluychenko 1st goal.
