Rangers must believe whatever he has told them....
had it been proven he had bet against us he would be off by now...
That said I fully expect the SFA to give him 100 lashes in George Square and an 8 year ban
Rangers will also be fined an amount to be determined by what ever cash the sfa are short of.
I'm not sure what proof either way the club could get their hands on?
They will be waiting for result of the SFA hearing.
Is it possible we will take the opportunity to get him off the books should he be guilty?

Green and co saved the club. But.... knowing that their investment would be safe (and make a profit) because the support would buy season tickets, merchandise and even donate. So.. explicitly? Green and co. Implicitly? The fans.
This.
No 30,000+ season ticket holders, we still might have been saved but we would have been in a much lesser form. The fan base and season ticket cash is our main selling point at this stage in our history as much as many will not like to hear this.

Maybe not monetary wise mate but in every other aspect it does.
We would be tagged as cheats who did not pay £75m in tax and our accomplishments on the park would be questioned by the Rangers hating filth in Scotland.
FTT shut a lot of people up and when the UTT comes back with the same verdict it will shut up more people and Rangers will be owed apologies from a lot of people.
They will revert to the back up "cheat" tag, which is Whyte withholding millions in tax - and yes, I know it was Whyte, but that won't stop them saying it was us - even though we're dead, now sevco etc repeat ad infinitum

I honestly think this is brilliant, and I’m ecstatic that they complained to ASA
False advertising – as if they were ever going to buy our “product”

How that cunt ended up with the keys to Ibrox is beyond me, unforgivable shit
It really is unbelievable when you look back on it.
-
West End Festival Loyal!
-
Same when I met Ian Ferguson outside Ibrox years ago when I was 15/16. (shite, that was 20 odd years ago!)
-
Stop wasting police time with this FFS!
-
I suppose it's just possible that this came from inside Ibrox but that seems pretty far fetched.
Mad Phil mentioned a number of times he had someone inside Ibrox that passed him info. Whether he was lying and whether they are still there or not I don't know.

I heard it as well, Grant saying it didn't matter to him as he enjoyed competing against the Butcher's etc.... totally different era you mongs!!

from http://www.stockmarketwire.com/article/4547885/Rangers-Intl-FC-7-month-pretax-profit-9-point-5m.html
The results included revenue of £9.5 million, operating expenses of £16.7 million, and a non-recurring release of negative goodwill of £20.5 million.non recurring release of negative goodwill?!? wtf does that mean?

We should remane it Gallant Park after the Gallant Pioneers
So long as we can have at least a "Brother Nimmo" conference room or something inside it
-
Will the club get to see any of that money
any money would go to creditors, no chance of anything coming to the club
-
I'm not sure that could be worded any better, nice one!
-
I hope you lot find the time to post an apology to Brother Nimmo Smith after the dogs abuse he was getting on here yesterday

As much as he's easily wound up I don't think he's the type of guy who will use the sort of language that will lead to that.
maybe, but he wouldn't be the first or last person to make a tit of himself on twitter
it just seems to me to be building up to something like that happening
-
To be honest,I've been waiting for him to go too far with Murihead or some other Tim he argues with on twitter and get told to stop posting by whoever is his boss (JT? or simply CG)
The Tims continually goad the guy and are desperate to trip him up into saying something too much and getting him sacked.

Forgetting the hatred of Whyte and the SFA and all that went on for a second...... How on earth can they sue him for an unpaid fine?
-
...according to the BBC's Alastair Lamont
Only on twitter at the moment....
HMRC have been granted leave to appeal against the decision by a First-Tier Tribunal re Rangers and appeal has subsequently been filed.

I believe Guillem wrote Peps book
...and why does that fact then bring them to Auchenhowie?
-
Why were they there?
-
...... just had his Middlesborough contract cancelled by mutual consent

So the EBT were used from 2000 to 2010. During that period Rangers won 5 Championships and 6 Scottish Cups. During the previous eleven year period, without EBTs, Rangers won 10 Championships and 4 Scottish Cups.
So Rangers won twice as many Championships without EBTs. So where was the advantage in having EBTs?
Sorry mate, but this is like the argument a child would make.
Don't get me wrong, we are not guilty, and any guilty verdict would be a stitch up.
But IF we had been guilty, then you could say that the ability to pay more helped us to get better players, which in turn helped us win 5 titles & 6 cups.
Comparing it to a previous, more successful period is not a valid point.

Putting aside the sectarian stuff for a second, the guy just sounds like a total fanny.
Does he think he's the first guy to slag of a footballer? Does he think Andy Goram hasn't heard "2 Andy Gorams" or "DOB" before?
Andy's thinking "Fuck, he got me there the clever bastard"?
Glad Andy didn't react, if the camera had been held by someone off to the side Andy might have gave him a smack and been the one on camera and in trouble.
Would you accept an openly gay player at our Club?
