    will take you a few games to see how good your players are

    asi is a general idea but you will have to look at each persons skills to see exactly who would be good

    first thing anyone should do is complete the fita license thing, nets you a nice wee bung of money

    also have a look at your keepers, the 3 main skills for a keeper are handling, reflex and jumping, to have a top notch keeper the guy should have 30 or more combined for handling and reflexes, then preferably another 12 min for jumping,

    goalkeepers can be the difference between relegation and promotion in this game,

    also the transfer list is an auction, remember that a lot of lesser skilled players go for funny money as there are lots of daft managers across the world,

    the forum on the game is pretty active, especially the international forum, and plenty of people will be available to give you advice on anything

    the game teamsters then know that you know someone in the game and should be approved a lot quicker and easier

    Got and accepted your friend request mate. Definitely good advice on the keepers. A lot of the time they can be the difference between winning and losing. Unfortunately i dont have a single decent one! :anguish: Getting decent scottish players can be very difficult and expensive so i suggest looking for some bargain foreigners to compliment the rest of your squad. If you keep a keen eye on the transfer market theres always bargains out there to be had. :D

    Should be a good one. Been looking forward to it all day.

    I fancy 2-1 Liverpool. Torres and Kuyt with Adebayor scoring for Arsenal.

    Yeah should be a good one with a lot at stake for liverpool. Adebayor and Van Persie are out tho. If Arsenal start with Bendtner up front id bet on a liverpool victory! :D

    Fallout 1 and 2 were superb games! From the looks of it Fallout 3 is gonna be pretty sweet as well, i just hope they maintain the humour and feel of the originals with the updated gameplay. Ill be getting it anyway! :D

    Know exactly what you mean. I went to buy last years third kit and wanted Amazing 9 on the back but they told me they couldnt do it in case it 'offended' people! Said they would get complaints from celtc fans if they put amazing on the back of a Rangers top. Tits. The manager looked like one of them so i reckon thats the reason i wasnt allowed...

    Do we get to register more players before the next round?

    Because this team (IMO) is nowhere near good enough to beat the majority of teams in the 3rd round.

    Strange statement to make when weve only added to the squad that made the uefa cup final last year...

    Although i do believe we need to strengthen significantly to get anywhere in the group stages.

    That was a bit hypocritical tbh!

    Yeah it was a bit wasnt it... Although the group stages are a serious step up from the qualification rounds. I was mainly trying not to dwell on the negativity around here at the moment, then dragged myself into it after the first point! Quite depressing!

    Ticket for Tonight

    Hey guys. I got a ticket for my grandad for tonights game but unfortunately hes not feeling well and cant make it so its going spare.

    Anyone fancy taking it off my hands? Face value of course, not looking to rip anyone off!

    Easiest for me would be to meet someone at ibrox just before the game to exchange the ticket. Its in the club deck.

    Hopefully someone can take advantage of it even at such short notice!
