A new ESPN channel launches on the 3rd of August. The channel will be on Sky 417, with an HD version on channel 443. ahhh, thats a shame. looks like I'll be lstenin to away games on the tranny or goin to a Sky-owner's house to watch. Cheers for yer help G4rry.

  2. ESPN is on freeview also think it will be on a top up channel though so still a subscription

cheers mate, don't mind paying a subscription as long as I can definitely get it. was worried in case I absolutely needed Sky. good to hear Derek Rae will lead commentary.

  3. ESPN America will go offline and be replaced by ESPN which will be a subscription channel.

Didn't realise America was getting cut. So even though I'm not subscribed with Sky in anyway I can just pay for ESPN and get it or do I absolutely need a subscription with Sky? Cheers for your help btw, looking back its quite confusin to read

  4. Sorry if this has been asked already. About a year ago I cancelled ma sky subscription, keeping the Sky box I had and using it for Freeview and Setanta seeing as its interface is easy to use.

I read earlier that the new ESPN channel would be channel 4 hundred and something on Sky, and seeing as I already get ESPN America for nothing I thought there was maybe a chance I could get the new channel when it launches??

    Cheers.

  5. I think he could become a great player for many years, I just hope all this expectation of his return doesn't affect him and I hope people don't panic if he has a slow start which wouldn't surprise me after such a bad injury.

    Potential captain.

  6. wish i'd got a PS3 now :(

I've no got one either 360 Loyal :uk:

Also know it's a bit late as the new one will be coming out soon but thought I'd post it anyway.

    360 loyal :uk:

hopefully the new one will let you do all this editing stuff on the 360, don't see why the ps3 crew get more despite us paying the same as them <cr>

  7. anyone know any good websites that tell you all transfers made in football?

so i can update this is in pro evo. I've done all the obvious ones, Kaka and Ronaldo to R.Madrid etc but I'd like to get the game updated properly

  8. that's brilliant mate, I was considerin gettin fifa for the pc for the opportunity to bring back the good old songs and get ibrox in. a dont think it would run well on ma laptop but.

  9. I'm really surprised that people think Artur Numan is an unsung hero.

I think he's recognised as being one of the best full backs ever at Ibrox and a mainstay (and first signing) of the Advocaat era.

There is still an RSC named after him, how 'unsung' is that?

    It was just me.

Maybe I'm not quite going straight down the unsung road, but I certainly never appreciated just how good he was until he left, hence unsung in my eyes only possibly.

For pure, old-fashioned unsung hero qualities, I'm looking at Davie Weir. I still don't think he gets the praise he deserves.

    I agree.
