Dunno why Cousin can't relate to what happend with Carlos.
He played superbly for us and was snaffled double quick by Aston Villa.
Surely you would think the boy would say to himself, "hang on, I'll play a blinder this season and pick up my move to the EPL"
Can't figure the guy out at all.

If it had to be only one of RB or CB, then I'd plump for a RB.
a quality RB that was able to cut off a lot of crosses getting into the box, that would take a lot of pressure of the central pairing.
But of course if we signed both then whoo...... happy days

At last somerthing that's lifted my despairing spirits :-)
And hopefully the fact that it's a loan deal means that watty will still have his full "warchest" available for further strengthening the squad.
Maybe another three inspired deals and we'll be really motoring ....... happy days

agree with most of the above and would like to see Buffel really turn it on for us this season and with Wattie's man management skills and tactical nous I really think we could see a revelation in Buffel's contribution to the team.

Accepting that Fish is a Gers man can sometimes strain one's creditability. And the general level of discussion ithat he brings is not to my own personal liking.
But I think it most infuriates other posters (and me) that his ongoing tenor is one of negativity/insult towards so many of players and also SDM.
But the general low level of contribution is enlivened by the big blue bold letters of his posts and of course the "No Surrender etc etc". However will these sterling credentials always guarantee the Fish an unbridled licence to post on this forum?
Who knows? but maybe the guy just can't do any better, maybe for Fish this is as good as it gets.

yeh a win today would dishearten the sheep .... maybe even finish off any real challenge from them but if we were to lose ( not that I think we will) then it would give them a real boost

Everybody and their dog is waiting to have a go at Rangers these days. This sort off stuff, as well as giving them fodder, is not really needed at our Club.
But it is a pity after being reported, that the guy was thrown straight out the game without being given a chance to tone it down.

jeez is this thing still running. The original poster of this thread obviously has thought of in his mind a cute wee nickname for the captain of our club... never mind that it is obviously intended to be derogatory. No matter what, it seems he will continue to refer to the club captain in that manner.
Many fellow bears seem quite content with this but I for one find it very perplexing.
If you have a beef about someone get it off your chest then get back to business why keep up the derogatory nickname [still at it I see] crap like some attention seeking person.

Gotta say that wee strapon's antics and expressions are hilarious.
But on a more serious note you gotta say that between them Steven and Kirk must have reduced the market value of Mcweedy from multi billions to tuppence happeny, biggest fall in value ever in an hour and a half.
At this rate they'll be lucky to offload him on a free at the end of the season
