  1. Again, like the VB statement, it smacks of sour grapes.  Fairly certain there would have been neither statement had we won the game.  Whilst I agree that a lot of the flags and banners were out of order, we were hardly squeaky clean ourselves with the Peado-reference banners and Star of David flag (what the fucks that all about btw??).  Tit-for-tat pish from both sides, but that's what it's all about.

Think as a few have suggested, we need to be questioning our board for far more important matters, like better financial backing.

If i had to choose with sex with the most beautiful burd on the planet, big juicy tits, nice wee trimmed fanny, big blow job lips.  An absolute demon in the sack every night for a month, and she lets me do anything and everything to her or a goal against them on Saturday?

im wanking my pan in for the rest of the month. (tu)

No better feeling in the world than scoring at that shithole and winning at that shithole.  NOthing beats it.  NOTHING!

Mate, she sounds fucking brilliant.  I'll be honest, I'd take her!

    Probably the editing mate.

I never really liked McLeish as a manager but he's done nothing but speak good of us and was one of the few to defend us in the media when it came to EBT's and even said when it came to the title stripping something about they can come round to my house for the medals, we won them fair and square ... compare that to Graeme 'Rangers need to just take their medicine' Souness on SKY Sports at the same time and it's like night and day as far as I'm concerned.

Aye I always felt he defended us, there was just something about the interview on that show though that didn't sit right. As you say probably the editing, as he normally always seems decent.

    What did he say?

    Sorry wrong thread!!

He was on Scotland's Game last night saying that we had to do whatever was necessary to keep ahead of scum in 02/03 season as it had come down to a single goal in it. Just at the point they were referring to EBT's.  Might have just been cute editing to make him sound as if he were stabbing us in the back but I'm not so sure.  He looked right uneasy!

Not the point . We all know who dominated in these years football wise .

    Curious

Was there any mention of the cover up of Child sex abuse in the last 30 years ?

Was there any mention of a certain rancid club glorifying terrorism ?

    Though not

It's called 'Scotland's Game', not 'Scotland's Shame' (maybe the sequel but I won't hold my breath)

For me only Wallace Tavernier and Waghorn are guaranteed places every week if we have a fully fit squad to choose from.

Think that's where the problem lies. We have made some good additions to the squad and got good depth now.

However the majority of the players are really too similar and no one a cut above.

A middle field 3 of Holt/Halliday/Krancjar or Barton/Rossiter/Forrester is fine but none of them stand out all a bit much of a muchness really and any combination that start we'd all be happy with but need more players who are stand out performers.

Same goes for the front 3 Miller/Garner/McKay or Waghorn/Dodoo/O'Halloran be happy enough who started but doesn't make much different cos they are similar and don't stand out apart from Waghorn.

I think we've struggled because we don't have 7/8 guaranteed starters and good squad players. Just a good squad with not enough stand out quality.

Hopefully Warburton can find an eleven and develop them into a more settled team

Good post but a bit early to judge Garner tbf to him.

What Mr Warburton is trying to achieve takes time and he has done more than enough to earn himself that time. The state Rangers was in before was a monstrosity and he has been immense in his management to turn it around.

The great team Alex Ferguson built was almost curtailed because of Man Utd fans shouting for him to be sacked in 1989, very possibly what Mark Warburton is trying to achieve could have similar parallels, albeit in a slightly smaller scale.

Lets not curtail it, even Ferguson had over 3 years before his management structure took hold.

  9. He's donated to the Palestine Fund according to Kerryfail.

I know he's pro-Palestine and all, but donating to a fund set up by the Grotty Brigade sticks in my craw, joining likes of Collymore, Galloway, McGinn & Speirs!

I see the bheggars have raised 28 grand to help pay the uefa fine.

Hope uefa get wind of this and impose a stadium closure ban instead.

    Nearly £60k now.

They're not raising it to pay the fine, they're raising it for Palestinian charities (and of course to get International kudos coz everyone loves Ra Cellic!)

Have you got a new seat or new people sitting beside you? Are they ok? I have a dirty, smelly bastard next to me. He's got long curly, manky nails & one of his fat, manky legs was up against me, until I managed to move to an empty seat. Clothes Peg Loyal.

    Had a strange experience yesterday.

New guy next to me kept on rubbing his legs against me and trying to make small chat. I think my long hair gave him the impression, for some reason, that I was a bufty. After one too many "accidental" leg strokes. I told this weirdo to fuck off. Luckily there was an empty seat nearby. Thank fuck. Fat bastard stunk.

Cunts probably telling his pals a different story.

    Hi Ronnie, meet number 5,

    number 5 meet Ronnie.

I think you two need to kiss & make-up after ditching each other yesterday

I know he is seen as a figure of fun but Jimmy Hill really did shitloads for the modern game. We need a robust CH capable of organising and an out and out striker. We Have all said this prior to this season starting.

Mate you've got the wrong Forum, this is about Clint Hill, not Jimmy Hill.  (try the Fulham Forum circa 1950's) ??

Had a look at the format to see if it was worth a fuck.

So you take a random group of "champions", including cellic, the winners of the most uncompetitive league in the world, Internazionale of Milan who finished 4th in a poor Italian league, Chelsea who had their worst season in recent history finishing 10th in the league, Liverpool who finished a lowly 8th in the league, Man United who finished 5th in a four horse race for the league, Tottenham and Man City and Athletico Madrid and Borrusia Dortmund, who also failed to be champions, and a team from Australia who no one's bothered with.

Then those teams get to play 2 or 3 games at random in three seperate parts of the world, with them all avoiding any competition against the majority of the other teams and the league winners not playing each other. Then it appears to be over before it's even got going.

Even better they get to play in traditional and famous football hot spots like Limerick,Dublin, China and second rate American grounds.

Still not sure how they work out who actually wins on  competitive basis, but I now have no great interest  in finding out.

FIFA sure excelled themselves with this one.

If Carlsberg did comedy football international "champions" tournaments, cellic would always be in there............

Aye it's a bit of a bizarre set-up.  In saying that, the Champions League itself is fucked-up in the fact that 4th-best teams get there.  All a big fat money-making business now.  Also look at the format for the next Euros, divvying it up between lots of different cities....mental idea, and wastes the whole carnival atmosphere!
