Improvements DO bridge gaps.
I dont want these two back, we need to look forward and be more progressive and modern as a club. Two decent players that reached their peak a few years ago that for me havent ever reached their potential and wont and they just want a move back home to Scotland to see out their career and be comfortable. We need more. Just my opinion..

Shows how pathetic our scouting network is, when Paismith and Laugherty are the limits of our imagination. Its a big footballing world out there? Both these players are older and not as good as when they first played for us. Yes, they are an improvement on what we have, but it wont bridge the gap. We need to sign exciting young talent with value. Just depressing having this guff rumoured...

If it were my choice, we should be taking no risks as this could be disastrous. We needs to buy the best in Scotland outside Celtics. Guys like Moult, Nicholson, Walker, Jack, McClean and Liam Lindsey. Might not be popular but it's the right road. No risks this summer, just can't afford it.

Pedro signed a 3 and a half year deal on a hefty wage, he brought in his own back room staff on long contracts. They are going nowhere!

Only other option abs it's not popular is to ask Ashley to show the colour of his money. Rangers will be in Europe, Newcastle no chance. Can we potentially work with him? Not my number one choice by any stretch of the imagination, but I can't take anyone matches like that
