Doing well at coventry, plays in the middle just infront of the back 4, much better player than black and Hutton in there.

Having been to a few coventry games this season, their fans absolutely love him for the way he plays from the back and endorses playing the young boys.
I would love him as manager as he actually works on the football side of things, not just punt the ball Long and chase it, and the coventry fans I was speaking to during the games saysl that they've heard Presley will be at Rangers next season

Never usually agree with this sort of thing but, the board are not going to sack him offf there own backs because as far as there concerened he's won the league and we're one step away from the SPL.
They are not "Rangers men" they don't know the standards Rangers fans have. the Rangers support are the only people who can decide his future.
No doubt the op will get slagged for this because of who McCoist is. Because he stayed through admin collecting over 400k a year for doing it.
Nothing annoys me more than a "Rangers man" completely fucking things up for us in the future and he and other blind fans can't see it.

By not turning up to the last home game of the season and leaving empty spaces everywhere it will show that lot that the way they have played all season regardless of winning the league is not acceptable. It won't damage the club financially as season tickets are already paid for, but it would send out a massive message to the club that our standards have slipped and its not going to be accepted!
I'd happily see ally leave with most of his players because quite clearly it doesn't work.
Did anyone else notice yesterday how early the team went back into the changing room after their 'warm up' ?

I'm not saying we have the same ability as Man city or Wigan, I'm same the gulf between the 2 sets of teams is the same?
Man city have most of the best players in their country and Wigan are a small club with good players, a million miles from each other!

Regardless if they have joiners and tax men, I mean the same gulf exists between manchester city and Wigan and us and Albion rovers. Clearly nobody on here actually knows anything about football

Having just watched the Wigan - man city highlights, in my opinion the same gulf between man city and Wigan as with us and Albion rovers exists and wigan go through to the next round so it just proves that the cup is only about being in the next round. I'm not defending the team or manager at all but were still in the competition, so lets put the performance behind us and realise it could be worse!
And surely we can't play worse than we have in our 2 previous games? So chins up and keep believing, honestly think something like today will help us as people where getting ahead of themselves saying we'd already won the cup!

Can't wait to be back involved in transfer talk and deadline day stuff, but anyone think we will sign any free agents in the next few days ?

Think whoever running us should break their neck and try get Gus up here, the guy would sort out the young guys and get us playing a level of football which is acceptable because as it stands ally can't make any of the players we have improve and his excuses are just beyond a joke now.
