He is favorite for the job but until it comes out I don't think he should be overlooked for Pedros Assistant.

Surely Lee McCulloch must be in with a shout? Been in Scotland long enough to know the characteristics of other teams and can give Pedro an insight of what to expect from them. Knows what the club is all about - He would have the respect of the players and his main role at Kilmarnock over the last few years has been a number 2? Not saying he is who I would want or like to get it, But he fits the bill ?
