    I imagine he would be better than Davis on the right and can score goals.

    I also hear it is widespread belief that Walter is interested.

    We could get him for around £250k I reckon.

    We're trying to trim the squad. These type of "Gow" signings are what's led to the wage bill needing trimmed.

    Also he's just signed a new contract at St Mirren, so it would take a lot more than £250k.

    After Walter, which route for us?

    No he's not. He's only on about 150k per year at Croatia. What's Smith on, £1m +?

    Very harsh on the lad guys, very harsh.

    While i dont agree with your login name Back_Murray, i am not going to have a dig just coz i can, i happen to think getting the squad from (on average) 28 to 20 will be very beneficial, necessary and will leave us with a much tighter/compact/secure team, as long as we keep the better players of course. I also feel NO signings will be made until we start getting numbers out, the squad built is ridiculous and need trimmed dramatically.

    From what ive heard, players who will be leaving could be or should be

    Hemdani - contract up

    Beasley - cant settle, too weak, not good enough

    Dailly - is not even a football player, must be sold/freed/sacked.

    McCulloch - a dud and must be punted

    Adam - a dud and must be punted

    Webstar - a failure

    Weir - contract up

    Novo - contract up

    Boyd - (hopefully)

    Ferguson - cannot offer anymore, time to move on

    McGregor - we have a better keeper in Alexander bursting to play

    Miller (hopefully)

    Velicka - will offer nothing

    I think thats about 12/13 players all being sold or contracts running out, so anyone who DOESNT think we need major building done is having a laugh, this summer will be our most important ever and i hope we have a massive clear out on and off the park, i think 5 positions defo need improved, that would leave us with about 22/23 players all decent quality, lets not forget the players on that list above are robbing our club dry of money and contributing absolutely nothing. Except maybe wee Nacho, Weir and of course Boyds goals(against bottom 6 and penalties). Half of the clubs total wage bill is being totally wasted, SDM said the wage bill was about £30m odd, well if i had my way i would cut it by half in one pre season. This summer, FIRESALE on our sh*te, get them out the door as soon as we can, Bain time to earn your corn, we have some outstanding youngsters who are desperate to play, and their better than the first team millionnaires.

    So i will finish by saying we need 4 maybe 5 players to be able to compete in Europe and not be embarassed and also to retain our title next year, coz were winning it this year.

    Keep the heed troops, the players will need us all.

    We should be looking forward to this summer and have faith in our bosses to do the right thing and fix this mess, im sure we will, its gone way beyond a joke now. Time for action.

    Bain the floor is yours, go and find buyers. Go and earn your ridiculous salary and rid our club of the imposters.

    Then we can worry about who is coming in.

    Agree with who you think should go out, except McGregor, I don't get how people can say Alexander is better. McGregor is better by a country mile.

    Cerny from Hamilton would be a decent replacement should McGregor leave.
