  1. Lets not forget Souness ....he got the ball rolling again in the mid-eighties....with some quality signings....winning the league at the sheep pen...a day that will stay with me forever....and beating the sheep and the mhanks on their own patches, for the first time in many a season....even although he did rather bail out on us at the end.... thanks for the memories.

  2. It even took Neil Lennon of all people to show him the error of his ways, in last years Ibrox old firm fixture...with the flag incident.....a incident that may have caused serious problems not so long ago. Any Bear taking this mugs antics seriously, needs to have a reality check....this tit is a complete and utter embarassment to the mhanks, when you consider how many are going out their way to calm things down, with reguards to this fixture.

  3. No real argument about BF being the top man.....he is after all the lynch pin of this present team, and admirably proved this again today.

More importantly for me is the form of Hutton......an absolute transformation....and has been for a while now . His driving attacks from the back caused the mhanks allsorts of problems ...from forcing them into fouls...to his quality crosses into the box.....long may it continue..... WATP

  4. True Blue Brit here......no question about it. But a proud Scot also....who has on occasion, been made to feel like anti - Scottish, purely because of my pro - British stance..which is of couse pish, maybe some on here have had similar experiences.

I see RFC very simply, as a club for Scottish / British protestants.....WATP... :rangers:

  5. Certainly the Leeds episode was unreal.....can still see Hately hooking the ball in from what seemed like right on the line and the ball ending in the net. The main thing about the victory was it stuck it up the English media....which can only be sweet.

Great team spirit last night though...which will surely give us momentum for the future.

  6. Its a good question......came across as a petulant brat in the PLG debacle, and maybe a bit of a big head in general.....but again havent met the guy, and only really care what he does on the field...with reguards to RFC.

He doesnt really do a lot does he

He just seems to be happy with his little nest egg at Rangers

BF ...never will be my favorite Gers player......but in his defence, he is truely a RFC man , ( dont need the Blackburn thing brought up again ).... and a Rangers team at this present time without him, is becomming unthinkable.

  7. Well as far as fans on match day are concerned ....surely theyve went far enough...every one sits there like cardboard cuttouts for most games.... shitten their selfs to open their mouths in case some fecken fud reports them to some other fud for being bad. Total gimmick....these PC tits should knock aw this crap on the heed.

The broader picture...its them and us m8..always has been always will be. WATP.

  8. Unreal that some of the posters on here cannae seem to wait to get their teeth into the " nazi salute " crap every time some erse puts their hand in the air at a Euro game.

Its ironic that no one else to my knowledge, has complained or made a big girly fuss about anything...naw... no until ye get on a RFC forum..... some claiming to be RFC fans seem quite willing to twist the knife....doing the mhank mhedia job for them........WATP.

  9. The Flower of Scotland refers to a Jacobean Highland army led by a french Roman catholic

I fail to see what the f*ck that dirge got to do with a Scottish presbyterian

    lowlander like myself?.

    .... No it doesn't.

It says "that stood against him, Proud Edward's army, and sent him homeward", which is a reference to Robert Bruce defeating the English army of Edward the second at Bannockburn. Nothing to do with Bonnie Prince Charlie or the Jacobites, that was 400 years later. Also Bruce was from Carrick, which is in Ayrshire.

    Ditto....seems a need a history lesson also...... :

Still hate that fecken song though........ :pipehorse:

  10. The Flower of Scotland refers to a Jacobean Highland army led by a french Roman catholic

    lowlander like myself?.

Aye, that tends to be my take on things.

  11. If your pro - the union.....which I am, you can be made to feel anti - Scottish, which Ive experienced first hand by certain individuals that.... ( adding quickly not on here ).....have had a certain agenda of petty point scoring ...feck them ...give as good as I get. As for "Flower of Scotland" cannae believe this is being seriously linked with RFC in any shape or form.

    WATP.
