No one at all, it was meant for Rangers fans in general. Now the club wont do anything about this so that leaves only one option - dont buy the papers/don't listen to the radio station etc.
My opinion is that the VB's need to tone a lot of their stuff down a bit if they wish to be taken serious.
The VB's write most of their stuff in the way they do to bring people more aware of this bias.

Other managers aren't under the pressure of every loss or draw being failure.
Other manager's aren't under the same pressure for the team to put in good performances every week (slated despite wins if the performance wasn't special).

Think he means Zoran Tosic, they signed both him and Ljajic at the same time but loaned Ljajic back to Belgrade. Think there was a problem with his work permit or something so they just let him go.
Anyway, I would doubt he'd loan Tosic to us.
