  1. Obviously everyone is saying that next summer we might not have a squad capable of competing in division 2 or SPL2 and the registration embargo doesnt end until the transfer window closes, but whats FIFA's actual ruling about the transfer window.

See if we bought the players before 31st August next year (within the transfer window), could we then get the SFA to register them AFTER the window closes and still play them seeing as they6 effectively transferred to us before the window closes.

Im sure every window players registrations are finalised days after the window closes but because the transfer was finalised before the window closes the player can play right away

As someone pointed out in another thread the 31st of august 2013 is a saturday. So the Transfer window would normally be open till the 1st monday of september. Which would leave us a couple of days to get players in and a day to get them registered.

  2. The Scottish FA can tonight clarify the position surrounding the outstanding Appellate Tribunal related to Rangers FC Oldco.

It has been agreed with Sevco Scotland Ltd that the registration embargo will be accepted as a primary condition of a transfer of membership.

It is necessary to complete the judicial process following the determination by Lord Glennie in the Court of Session that required the Independent Appellate Body to revisit available sanctions relating to Oldco, having been found guilty of bringing the game into disrepute.

The Scottish FA indicated to Sevco Scotland Ltd that they had to accept responsibility for any sanctions arising out of this case as a condition of transfer of membership.

Rather than convening the Appellate Tribunal to determine from the sanctions available to it, the company directors of Sevco Scotland Ltd have chosen to accept the 12-month registration embargo. This embargo will begin on 1st September 2012 and end on 31st August 2013.

Sevco Scotland Ltd have also undertaken to accept all other outstanding conditions relating to Oldco’s charges of bringing the game into disrepute. The conditional offer of transfer will now be submitted to the Appellate Tribunal for its consideration. This will form part of the approval process for the transfer of membership which, once approved, will enable Rangers FC to take a considerable step towards participating in Irn Bru Division Three.

In addition to the above, the Scottish FA has also received the necessary financial information requested and this is being considered as part of the application process.

Subject to the completion of all legal documentation, we anticipate transfer of membership next week.

The imposition of conditions relating to transfer of membership was made on the basis that the Scottish FA, as the governing body, has an obligation to protect the integrity of the national game and to ensure that all member clubs operate within the Articles of Association

Seems strange the club's accepting a transfer embargo that was deemed illegal less than 2 months ago. I hope once we have a registration we will be asking for a vote of no confidence in That cunt O'regan.

  3. All the best to him had a bit of a rough time with us during his spell in Scotland but thought he was one of the best performers in a Rangers shirt last season. Will always remember his goal in the last minute against the unwashed.

  4. If these cunts want us back in the Sphell or Sphell2 we should make them grovel to us. As has been stated on several occasions were more than willing to start from the bottom and work our way up. Think it would be seen as a major Own goal for the club to be seen as the one's pushing this let them sort their mess themselves.

  5. Anyone know what the script with Queens Park and the SFA When it comes to there home games do the SFA take a cut from there gates. I know that normally they wouldn't be getting fuck all from it but would have serious reservations going to hamdump if it means lining the SFA's pockets.

  6. 8 out of the 12 clubs have already stated they were against letting us back into the SPhell yet Doncaster is claiming it will leave a £16m black hole in the other SPhell club finances. Charles Green should call the bastards bluff remove the application for the SPhell and apply for the SFL and sit back and laugh as the tims and the rest implode while we work our way back up through the leagues.

  7. The thing is Boss as i said in another thread, the alarm bells aint just ringing they are fucking deafining. If its John Brown, Mrs Brown or Charlie Brown i dont really care. We need answers and fast. We as a fan base were led into the Abyss by Whyte, We may never get out of the Abyss with Green. (in saying that he could be the best thing since sliced bread).

Rememeber these are genuine concerns from genuine Rangers men, not some agenda driven businessmen. I mean Laudrup and Amo are speaking out that speaks volumes to me

Getting Laudrup and Amo to speak is obviously another ploy to get the majority of fans onside with brown's bid. If I am not mistaken Laudrup is in Denmark living and Amoruso is in Italy so they will be even further out of the loop than you and me. I don't trust either camp to be honest and wish this shite would get sorted out.

  8. Neither for me Green has done nothing to earn any trust and bomber seems to be whoreing himself out to any cunt with money to try get a consortium together. Anyone who gets themselve's involved with cunts like that Mckenna doesn't deserve any backing In my opinion.

  9. I dont understand how their offer got accepted and ours didnt (when we offered 9p per pound as opposed to their 2p in the pound). Throw in the fact they have been in Administration before and it doesnt make sense. Oh I forgot we are in the football backwater of the SFA

HMRC were one of the main creditors in our case where as they weren't in there's. Even though they did try and put a stop to pompey's as well but didn't have a big enough claim compared to the other creditors in pompey's case.

  10. No chance of getting into SPL.

    Celtic voting against us

    Hearts, unsure

    Hibs u against

    Utd against

Kilmarnock chairman said last week that due to financial restraints he would say yes to a newco rangers.
