Calling him a cunt is very harsh, ask anyone about Gazza and they'll tell you he didn't have a malicious bone in his body. My first Rangers hero, would lovely to be at Ibrox on Saturday to see him again but money's tight at the moment.

A good squad man able to fill in in two or three positions,cant see him being a regular starter but i dont think any of the midfielders We've signed in the summer will be first choice,all decent players but bought to bolster the squad .

No they wouldnt. Sky would go bust if the epl knocked bk their deal. Sky is the seller, the epl is the costomer. Sky dont have another shop to buy from, if the epl want more money sky will pay it. Sky cant survive without the epl - they would go bust if they didnt have a product to sell. The epl hold the merchandice. If u dont have a stock to sell u cant survive. The epl hold all the cards, not the other way around as everyone seems to think. The brand is the football, not the tv. Football is high demand, there will always be a tv company willing to pay whatever the epl need. Sky wouldnt be what it is without the epl. Just ask virgin, ntl, setanta etc... A petrol station couldnt survive without petrol. Sky has fuck all without football. The epl holds all the aces, i wish i wasnt the only one could see this. This is why the old firm will never play down there - the epl dont want it.
Point taken,however if sky did pull out there is no other tv company with the financial clout to keep the epl clubs in the money they are earning just now,therefore if they were given the option iam sure they would see the old firm as,the lesser of two evils

The only way we will get out of the spl and into the epl or some kind of atlantic league is if sky decide its the way forward,for instance if sky decide they want us in the epl and the english teams vote against as they probarbly will,sky would need to threaten their tv money,if they were to offer them half if what they are getting just now i would bet that every team in the epl would suddenly change their minds

Maybe he has more value? Seriously, we got £6M for Wilson, granted the majority was in add-ons. But, Davis would be a similar price, why not Ness?
For talks sake, in that scenario, if you could get £7M for Davis or £7M for Ness. Who would you sell?

Would ness get in the team at this moment in time,also if it turned out that the tax case goes against us would you be prepared to sell davis if ness was to take over his role.

The best out and out winger to play in this league for many a year.If things go our way with the tax case and we get a few bob to spend i would love to see him at ibrox next season,a real talent who can only get better,only problem might be that nutjob romanov asking funny money for him.

We couldn't hold our own against Malmo and Maribor who are now getting pumped left, right and centre, so I can't see why we'd be beating the likes of Stoke and Fulham. As for the future, European qualification is going to get even more difficult in the next few years, not easier, and that's without even looking at our financial uncertainty.
European football is getting earlier every year ,thats whats making it difficult for us to qualify.imo if we were to play malmo or maribor now we would pump them quite easily.This whole thing with the media saying its great to see,gretna and teams of this ilk in europe is bullshit they damage our co efficient hugely by getting pumped.Even dundee utd and hearts have done us no favours we need these teams plus the taigs and ourselves to have a few decent seasons in europe or we will end up trying to qualify in june.
