this is spot on, ultimately the buck does stop with the manager for results and elimination from competitions.
What the manager can not be blamed for is things like admin, the buck stops with the owners on that one.
he also can not be blamed for the financial state we are in ( no matter how much some try) Ever penny he has spent, and ever player he has signed has been sanctioned by the board and owners of the club. The buck stops with them on that, just like it stop on Ally for results.
No one is blaming him for admin, we played shite football under him before admin and continue to do so 3 years after. The guy aint a decent manager. We need rid.

Sack Ally then what?
- Would cost about 500k or so to pay him and the back room team off.
- Would then cost about just as much to go and bring a new manager in unless we got someone who does not have a club at the minute.
- Then we are stuck with a manager with no money to spend on players and who inherited a squad which is not his.
- Then what happens if the new guy can't get anymore out of these players than Ally?
Rangers don't even have the money to sack Ally right now far less finding the money to bring in someone top class.
Ally has cost the club millions, getting fucked out of every cup. He needs sacked, we could find a better manager on less wages than ally. Terrible manager. get him to fuck.

It's maybe just a friendly match, but it's a continuation of the dreadful play we've seen for 3 and a half years.
I'm not saying he should be sacked for that, although he should have got the bullet after the cup final.
Needs done now before anymore damage is done.

Nothings really changed since the PS2 bar the analogue sticks to move around and the trick system.
I'll give PES a miss this year, going by some of the feedback it's still not a true next gen game as it looks and feels much the same as 2014.
Might play the demo though, I'm impressed with what FIFA have done this year.

You can make FIFA faster if you like there is slow setting, normal and fast.
I think PES has more buttons tbh, you might find that more difficuilt especially if you like doing some feints and tricks.
The PES 2015 videos are just the exact same as 2014, I see no difference whatsever bar some lighting.
Said they're taking the right stick tricks out of 2015.
I haven't bought a game for years. Hopefully pes can change my mind this year. I want x, square, circle, triangle back again. lol

PES is dead, your only hope is if 2K sports get involved if you aint a FIFA fan.
I'm just glad FIFA turned the corner or there owuld be hee haw to play football wise.
I find fifa very slow and too many buttons. Just watched a few vids of pes 15 there might give it a go this time.
