The Famous Glasgow Rangers - Money Troubles The Famous Glasgow Rangers are skint, and they have no money The dhim fans all laugh and jeer, cos they think it is funny; The problems started, they say, when Murray came to town All that glitters is not gold, the dhims would say, and frown; We did well in the Champions League, Marseilles we did meet It was a travesty to say the least, their director he did cheat; The Famous Glasgow Rangers, out of their intention To win the Champions League, maybe under new direction; Walter is back in charge, and he is showing us the way To win the SPL, champions we shall stay; We are in the running, to make it three in a row With Walter and Ally, well they know the score; You do not need money, to bring happiness and success It is a never say die attitude, a will to win - god bless; Now we are undefeated, in the CL and SPL It is just like being heaven, whilst the dhims, are in hell; The dhims hope we will get injured, and miss a game or two But they forget who makes up the team, they are the chosen few; While Lennie, buys up all the bargains, and Walter sets his stall The dhims should remember, you cannot buy them all; Now this is not a tale of woe, or incandescent grief It is from a Glasgow Rangers Fan, standing tall in belief; and when all the Bears do meet, when the season is done They shall be extolling the virtues, of a job well done; We should be humble in defeat, as we are when winning But it is the dhims who will suffer, whilst we are grinning; So let us all say, Walters team, give us your best And second place we will leave, to those who do it best.
