  1. Signature 797 looks like a cracker. Hahahahahah saw that :praise: I will go through them all tomorrow and grab a load of the comments and names and create a document that can be attached for Lloyd's Group to view missing out their comments obviously. I will make a topic on here so all can read them too and add their own wee messages to the banking group
  2. Sounds like a plan Buddy and hey, we are all a bit our of sync with what has gone on the last few days and frustrated at the lack of truthful information coming out. Like you say, these on-line collection of signatures can be added to the many picked up handwritten at home games where thousands can be added (tu)
  3. An online petition if signed by enough could make its way to the media and prove bad publicity for said bank. Like you say it is a chance for all Rangers fan groups to pull together and come up with a plan. A petition stall at our next home game is something I suggested, thousands of handwritten signatures may be more in line of a proper petition. I think it is a fantastic Idea and post (tu) The online one is a start and can be printed off and added to collected handwritten signatures...as said these can then be taken by a group of fans to Lloyds HQ, filmed for youtube and the main stream media will pick it up. A press release to the Scottish press with dates and times would result in them turning up to see and report it. Lloyds Banking Group will hate the publicity and it will be damaging...thats before any coordinated shutting of accounts on a set day too The supporters do have the power regardless of those with defeatest attitudes who are waiting on our shiny night on a white horse....fook that, lets just do it thebooler :praise: For those who think I am a "prick" fantastic, I will take that title as long as it means we do something for the club. I aint the best supporter of Rangers there is, like those who travel all over the world and buy tons of merchandise But I do fookin care deeply about the club The people calling you a prick would rather sit with their heads in the sand in denial and do nothing. Several good sources have said that the bank is acting in a way that will hurt our club, and I'm inclined to do anything that might make them think twice about that. Petition signed. But for a petition that may be taken more seriously and less chance of a tim invasion I think an official petition to downing street should be started. http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/ The taxpayer owns 40% of Lloyds after all. Thanks clashcitystalker Maybe would be a good idea to start an official one to Parliament...I mean why not, its being proactive we could do one in Scotland too - http://epetitions.scottish.parliament.uk/
  4. I had hoped we would hit 1000 by 6PM tonight after a lightening start but nope. It really only takes a few minutes and will not hurt to try this route...the alternative is doing nothing and that certainly wont work Lets hit 1000 before midnight guys (tu)
  5. Did the bank not threaten such though if the board did not go with their strict business plan? Heard that from a few different reports The only people who have mentioned administration are the media. (tu)
  6. Why do you say that in every single thread on here? :craphead: I thought I had deja-vous there :craphead: :craphead:

  8. I think it should be printed and hand delivered to Lloyds Banking Group HQ in Edinburgh. In addition, handwritten signatures gathered before a home game could be added as suggested in this thread. Press releases to Scottish Media when the date is arranged so to drum up publicity, which the banking group will not want!
  9. I have just emailed both the RST & Assembly to ask if they can help take forward the petition idea both on-line and before the next home game with handwritten signatures as suggested in this thread. The more the supporters can come together and push this the better! The more help we can get, the better also

  11. Link To Petition for those wishing to take 2 minutes to aid the cause http://www.petitiononline.com/mod_perl/signed.cgi?gers52
  12. Correct, you're not. You're a prick. That is your opinion Regardless, your not special Manticore...Your just like everyone else here...a supporter of Glasgow Rangers...Just remember that Did you sign?
  13. It's been hijacked by the tims, the best idea as Blue is the colour said is through the fans groups. Only the first 200 were, the rest is being screened
  14. So have you began contacting the Assembly and the RST buddy??? How about you do that now if you can be bothered while the 577 people feeling all fuzzy and warm get on with giving this a bash eh? Take it you never signed and supported the fellow members of this forum who have taken the time to do so. Regardless if it works or not...you can at least try instead of having such a defeatist attitude toward it all Will you sign?
  15. Yes, you're right - what a fool I feel for taking all that time and effort to sign the petition. You probably spent more time writing that post - don't see that helping much either Exactly (tu)
  16. Like?? Get the ideas laid out then instead of dismissing what peole are already doing Ah you again...full of the joys of the world aren't you, if not asking admin to ban new accounts because they have an alternative opinion you are slating those who are actually trying to do something. We are not worthy lord :praise: Get your fookin ideas down then instead of mocking your fellow fans
  17. Fantastic Stuff I am altering an old Myspace account and will put all the info up on it and increase the friend list over the week. myspace.com/w3sounds I may change all the colours and will throw up links to the petition, release bulletins, Blogs, any photos anyone has or banners made and links to Rangersmedia obviously. If folks have template letters to send to banks or other material I can use, I will throw it up on there. (tu)
  18. Excellent Idea I did play with the idea of creating a myspace for the cause...depends on how much time I have though. Once the family are fed after school and I get peace I may put something together
  19. Fantastic Its fairly shooting up and closing in on 500 now 300 user(s) active in the past 10 minutes - hopefully most have signed or are going too...its doesn't hurt :D
