I think the boy has talent. He's either going to go one of two ways, either the Charlie Adam route of showing talent early on but fading away and needed a move elsewhere to kick on,or the stevie Naismith route where this season was make or break,a lot of people wanted rid of him before the start of the season but he knuckled down and has become one of our most important players.

I personally believe young Scottish players take too much stick and need encouragement more than abuse. You can see when fleck gets the ball that he's scared to try anything with it for the fear of getting stick,just like Adam towards the end of his Gers career. I think fleck is talented and hope he is given a chance to succeed at ibrox.
