The Hooper one certainly looks similar but if the gif above is the best angle they have of it, then im not in the slightest bit surprised it wasnt taken further.

That's far too sensible for a lot of people on here. The SFA are a bunch of incompetent wanks, but there's no blatant anti-Rangers bias. Some of our fans have watched the mhanky mob slever a lot of shite for years about being discriminated against and, rather than laugh at how pathetic they are, have stooped to their level. It's fucking sad.

I dunno if any of you watched this documentary on Sky Sports the other night but just a heads up that it's on Sky Anytime and is well worth a watch. Difficult to watch at times but it really displays how much of an inspiration the guy is. The part about him doing the London Marathon a few years back had me welling up. The way he's overcome what happened to him is amazing, the guys got an unbreakable spirit.

This. Other players get credit when they play a good game, Edu seems to get credit when he doesn't play shite. He's not good enough in my opinion, I'd like to see us try Naismith and Davis in the middle with Wylde/McKay on the left and Bedoya on the right.

Aye, one for the co-efficient and more importatly because if we have a rake of midweek games and they don't then they will benefit. Once they're in the group stages I want them to get pumped every game though. It would be funny if they did get papped out mind you.

As of right now it's laughable to think anyone would spend over a million on Fleck. He's got potential and was a stand out in the youth squads, but he's done nothing in any first team appearances to suggest he's worth a large sum. He's not been helped by sporadic appearances though and I think putting him out on loan for a season could do him wonders.

Did anyone catch that wanker Matthew Wright this morning? He had Tyson Fury on the show and was trying to argue that boxing is not a sport. To be fair to Fury he put his argument across pretty well and the other two people on the show fully backed him, as did most of the people who called in. Wrights arguments were so fucking simplistic I have to wonder how on earth he ever got a tv show. 'If it was done on the street it would be GBH' seemed to be the main one, yet when Fury and the other people pointed out that if you hit someone with a cricket bat or rugby tackled them on the street it would also count as an assault he really had no answer.

Bollocks there's no up and coming PPV stars in boxing. Donaire, Gamboa and Ward are all only a couple of wins away from being full blown superstars. It just takes the right fights to happen.

Burns should handle Cook very easily. Nicky's fought once in 2 years since getting starched by Martinez and that was an 8 round points victory over Youssef Al Hamidi, who is something like 8-32. Cook has also shown himself to be vulnerable to body shots in the past, and whilst Burns doesn't have a lot of power his body work is excellent. To be honest it's a bit of a joke of a fight but at least Burns is staying busy and hopefully a big fight comes up soon. Adrien Broner is likely to be his mandatory and that's a very tough fight for Ricky as Broner has proven himself to be decent prospect, although i thouht De Leon deserved the decision against him.
Mitchell v Murray should be a cracker, if Mitchell hasn't suffered with the long lay-off he should win though, possibly even by stoppage late on. Quite looking forward to Bellew v McKenzie as well, although I don't think it will be as exciting as their first fight.

I've never met the guy, but I've heard even though he has got his bad points on the pitch, he's actually a very nice guy.
Aye me too, I can understand why he get's shit from opposition fans for his antics on the pitch, but by all accounts he seems a decent guy off it.

Exactly like Donald Findlay, just because some other fucking sad acts reported him doesn't mean I'm going to do the same to Peter Martin. I didn't even hear the joke. This is like the Jonathan Ross/Russell Brand thing from a couple of years ago where 99% of the people who complained didn't even hear what they fucking said. They just got pissed off for the sake of it. It's actually worse than that because Brand and Ross at least said what they did on the radio. I'd rather just take it as what it was - a wanker saying something stupid.

Gamboa is a beast, his handspeed is out of this world. Pirog looked like shit in his fight though, he got a lot of deserved hype after the demolition job he did on Jacobs but left it too long to make a defence and ended up fighting a sub-standard opponent in a fairly small card in Russia. Any hope of him fighting Martinez in the near future just went out the window.

Winning by 2 points in a three round fight after being dropped in the final round. I assumed he'd given the dude the first two rounds (bizarre in itself) and also scored the last round to him but deducted a point for the KD thus scoring it even.
Has there ever been a draw in the Prizefighter series? I don't think they've even got a clause in the rules that states what happens if there is one.
