I hope not. I'm angry with Murray, Whyte and the former board members but we need to support the team and be united in that alone. Negative support against them won't win us the league. Celtic could get complacent with all this.

Craig Whyte has unfortunately led us to believe things he hasn't backed up. David Murray won't come out and tell us the truth. Ally has been left in an absolute mess that no other manager would accept. He is staying because of his love for the club in the same way we continue to pay to watch this pretty average team because of our love for Rangers. The only positive thing that can come out of this mess is the support. We have to make every home game feel like a European game by making our selves heard. We have to give McCoist and the players 100% positive support in hope that it will encourage them to perform and use the small siege mentality that has got us through the past few years. C'mon Rangers

I played for a flute band for 22 years so I'm hardly stuck up towards the songs we sing but for me it's embarrassing singing about them all the time. Unfortunately it's all we seem to be known for.

I don't blame the board, it was gonnae happen sooner or later. As much as I loved these songs I was getting tired of singing about them all the time. Change the words in support of our club, it's they way to go.

Iif I understand correctly Billy Boys was banned because of the line " Up to our knees in Fenian blood ". Why can't we change this line to something like " When you come to Ibrox you'll hear our famous cry... "? I miss Billy Boys, atmosphere suffers without it.

Ortiz, American midfielder, Romanian Defender, Lee Wallace, Goodwillie & Cuellar makes 6.

We've just got Romanian defender plus Boughie, Weir & Papac. Ortiz and Wylde are our wide men and Goodwillie would add to Jelavic, Lafferty, Healy & Beattie. I think we're sorted if those 2 can get done.

If we get Goodwillie & Cuellar signed up it will give our squad the boost it needs. I think these 2 signings would be enough as that would take our signings to 6. C'mon Whyte get it done!

Here is the answer to my original question that started this thread. In the last 7 years only 3 teams have kept a clean sheet against Man Utd & Barcelona in the Champions League.... They are AC Milan, Inter Milan & The Rangers.

I agree Rangers in Europe has been horrible to watch. I just wanted to know about the record I recently heard about.

I heard recently that Rangers were the only team to have a clean sheet at Old Trafford and were one of 3 teams to keep a clean sheet against Barcelona in the past few seasons. Also we had the best defensive record away from home. Are these all true and does anyone have all the stats? If true then it's pretty impressive stuff.
