  1. MyOhMy, all of the dafties are out tonight... Get a grip and grow up, time to move on. Sometimes I despair about our support, I remember when Souness was taking over and the stoochie about "We canny have him he's married to a Tim", then No way Maurice Johnstone will sign for us, then "Whit' Amorouso captain of the mighty Gers no way". so what if he played for Celtic, if the management deems him good enough then thats good enough for me, at least if he does sign, give him a chance, as I would any player. This is the 21st century not the 17th century, don't you think we should drop our baggage and move on, after all life is too short.

Oh by the way, just in case you think I am sticking this in to cause a din. Naw. I hate Celtic big time, but, I would love to see us move on and ditch the religious bigotry side of ourselves.

    Cheers, waiting the onslought. :gallows:

  2. During the 70's there was a line between the 18yard line and half way line where you couldn't be caught offside, this was done during the Dryburgh cup. I think this lasted 2 seasons then abandoned.

No offside rule, definitly schoolboy stuff, 2 goalies and with big punts up the park an 20 attackers chasing the ball back and forward, Never mind there would be plenty of goals though, imagine games of 14-13 every week....

  3. Lets wait and see who Walt brings in next season, At the moment we don't have the personell to play 442, also we need decent full backs and at least 1 attacking midfielder. I'm sure he would like us to be a bit more of a buccaneering side trampling over all and sundry, but lets get realistic look who is in the Champions league final and how much both of the 2 teams cost to build not including wages. I am afraid we are in the 2nd tier of European football well until Blatter gets his way and move to a 5 foriegner rule, that would put us on a more level playing field.

Until then playing anti football when in Europe may be our best bet.

  4. The on down at the beach in Gayberdeen is a complete joke, no training tops for a start, when questioned about it, the reply was all of the good gear stays in the central belt. Bollocks I say :willy:

  5. I don't understand the Murray bashers, if you ask supporters of other clubs what they think of SDM, I bet you all of them would welcome him with open arms, he has given us 20 years of stability including niar. We can't compete with the premiership due to SKY cash, also can you tell me which premiership chairman is bankrolling their non profitable clubs on a day to day basis, fair enough they might stick a wedge in now and again as a quick fix, but I bet you they will have safeguards to ensure it will be regarded as a loan (possibly interest free).

You will miss him when he's gone!

  6. Cheer up everybody, only half time. I think at the end of the day, too many players looked jaded and off the pace, possibly a hangover from the old firm game. Things will be 100% better next week. Starting with Dundee United on Sunday :rangers:

  7. For all you SDM haters, let's wait and see what happens. I for one think we have the best Chairman in british football, given the current financial situation he has to make Ibrox more than a football club.

Personally I reckon even if we won the treble, champions league, world cup, tea cup et all, you lot would still want him out.

The FISH lives on Eh! :bum1:
