  1. Many people talking about McKay and Temps but I genuinely think Tom Walsh will flourish this season. He was a breath of fresh air when he burst on the scene, in a very poor Rangers side. The way Warburton want's to play will suit this kid down to the ground. Really looking forward to watching guys with pace and skill dismantle teams this coming season. It will happen.

  2. Rangers say they have been forced to search for an alternative venue in London ahead of their extraordinary general meeting on 4 March.

The club has blamed "complaints and false information" that led the Millennium Gloucester Hotel to fear "disruption to guests and neighbours".

Rangers stated that: "The board apologises for any inconvenience."

An EGM was called by shareholder Dave King, who hopes to win a vote to oust the current board of directors.

The date was announced shortly after Rangers agreed to accept a loan from Newcastle United and Sports Direct owner Mike Ashley needed to keep the Scottish Championship club in business.

But actions of the current regime has led to protests from Rangers fans as well as shareholder opposition.

London was a surprise choice for the meeting by the Glasgow club, who usually hold such events in their home city.

Now Rangers have announced that, "due to matters outwith its control", the proposed Kensington venue "is no longer available".

"The hotel management at the Millennium Gloucester has taken advice from different quarters and concluded that the GM cannot be managed without significant disruption to guests and neighbours," said a website statement.

"The hotel management felt it necessary to take this position after receiving numerous complaints and false information from individuals purporting to be shareholders.

"The board is concerned the situation was exacerbated by irresponsible and inaccurate media coverage.

"An alternative venue is currently being sought in the London area and will be announced as soon as possible."

Nobody at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel was available to comment other than to confirm that the event had been cancelled.

  3. As the title reads.

First of all can I say this is something that I do not support and is wrong, you should never boo anyone in the Rangers shirt, while on the park. Showing the players your displeasure at half time or on the final whistle by booing - given the current situation and heartless wasters in our strips - is going to happen, and they mostly deserve it.

This being said, would you start to boo the likes of Ricky Foster, Ian Black and Jig, while on the park, if it got the message across to the managment team, and they were dropped for youth? I know this is controversial, but the anger I feel from not just on here but the Rangers support as a whole seems to suggest it could happen, at some point. Would this get the undroppables dropped? Does the current manager even know our feelings towards these imposters?

    Tin hat on.

  4. What the fuck?

My point was merely about a time when only football mattered and how we long for the days when we can debate the level of player and performance rather than worry about shares, loans, nomads, aim market rules etc etc.

How about you show a little respect in future

The guy has problems, don't worry about it.

  5. Lee Wallace hasn't shown any leadership qualitirs imo. In fact, he doesn't speak much during matches. His game has went to shit too. Seems as if he has given up. Nobody in our tesm deserves the armband. Might as well make them pick straws to see who gets it.

I have to agree with you here. Wallace was my the pick of a bad bunch...

  6. ..For Jig to be dropped from the first team?

I'm looking at the options we now have at centre half, when everyone is fit, and can honestly say he should be right down the selection order - skipper or no skipper.

Streete, McGregor, Zal and dare I say Moshni are better options than him.

It is clear from the last batch of matches he is a weak link in our team, a massive one. Not only in defence but we have players in every other position, that he can play, that are a better options than him. At a push he could be played up front as a target man but we have Jon Daly for that, if needed.

Jig has been a great servant to this club but surely he knows his time is up. Time to hand the skippers armband to Lee Wallace.

  7. What does this boy Hardie have to do to get in the squad? Every week he seems to be scoring one or two.

Mate, do you remember him being randomly pitched in against Falkrik? I think he came off the bench and showed some good stuff..Was involved in Ian Blacks goal if I remember right. Not seen him since for some reason!

    Ally logic.
