  1. I think we need to wake up to the fact there probably won't be any merger of the old and new. It's convenient to claim this option can go ahead to keep our fans onside at the moment but don't be surprised when six months from now it's announced that a cva can't be achieved. I am neither pro or anti bill miller but I wish people would not be so naive!

  2. None of us know which bid will be best for the future. I have my reservations about both. However I feel TBK will be more accountable to the fans. You only have to look to Blackburn to see the carnage the wrong type of foreign owner can bring. At the end of the day whoever takes us over deserves time to fix the mess we have become.

What we all have in common is a desire to get our club back where it belongs.

  3. I can't see how the spl/sfa will let miller do his hybrid newco solution. Let's not kid ourselves here it's liquidation but not as we know it! It's easy for him to sit in America and claim he will do this and won't do that but what if he is made preferred bidder then decides liquidation is the only way forward. He can claim that he was left with no choice and we have no comeback

We can hardly boycott a tow truck business in the USA :-)

  4. You're fighting a losing battle gaga. People don't seem to realise the sanctions are unprecedented because the situation we are in as a club is unprecedented. Whyte is responsible but as per the sfa rules we as a member club are also culpable. Make no mistake the next 4 or 5 years are going to be hard for us but we will make our way back to our rightful place as the greatest. Let them have their fun while they can WATP

  5. It seems like liquidation by another name. I'll bet the sfa just change the rules again to screw us over. I do like the way he has put the onus on them but I feel it won't make a blind bit of difference. If he is right about ticketus blocking a cva then perhaps tbk were taking the right approach after all.
