  1. Well written, unbiased summary of events. I was beginning to think we had all just went mental till I read this.
  2. I think it is something ridiculous like a 3 year notice period. Hopefully common sense prevails but where Scottish football is concerned that seems to be lacking.
  3. The estimate for how long a cva would take to achieve is 6 weeks. That's two weeks to carry out due diligence and get the figures in place. It's then presented to the creditors and they are given 28 days to consider the proposals.
  4. What has it got to do with him anyway. Remember we're not "relevant" to the manky mob
  5. So he has bottled it. Pretty poor to blame it on the fans. Don't think he would have got very far in Scotland with such a thin skin. We all need to try and stay positive. Easier said than done I know but there will no doubt be more twists and turns to come. Rangers will never die. Step forward mr Kennedy watp
  6. Good player, always gave his best. Met him in the Shack one night wi De Boer and Dodds. Nice guy too. De Boer was spot on as well but Dodds was an arrogant wee wank
  7. 25% of the spl money is a lot compared to the share we would get for being in the 3rd division. Don't think Elgin etc are coining it in down there
  8. Aye very good with the timmy comment bawbag! If he is as good a businessman as you suggest he would rather have 25% for three years plus any other income than nothing while we're in the SFl
  9. There is no way miller is planning future revenue predictions based on us being in the fourth tier of Scottish football. Stop living in the clouds people it will be spl or nothing for our American suitor.
  10. I think we need to wake up to the fact there probably won't be any merger of the old and new. It's convenient to claim this option can go ahead to keep our fans onside at the moment but don't be surprised when six months from now it's announced that a cva can't be achieved. I am neither pro or anti bill miller but I wish people would not be so naive!
  11. I reckon six months or a year from now we will see the oldco getting folded. All the issues that prevent a cva from being achieved at the minute are not going to go away.
  12. None of us know which bid will be best for the future. I have my reservations about both. However I feel TBK will be more accountable to the fans. You only have to look to Blackburn to see the carnage the wrong type of foreign owner can bring. At the end of the day whoever takes us over deserves time to fix the mess we have become. What we all have in common is a desire to get our club back where it belongs.
  13. What we need is Ted Dibiase " the million dollar man" lol
  14. I can't see how the spl/sfa will let miller do his hybrid newco solution. Let's not kid ourselves here it's liquidation but not as we know it! It's easy for him to sit in America and claim he will do this and won't do that but what if he is made preferred bidder then decides liquidation is the only way forward. He can claim that he was left with no choice and we have no comeback We can hardly boycott a tow truck business in the USA :-)
  15. Hope it is not another false dawn. Would be a positive step ahead of the weekend. Might have to go on the lash the night. WATP
  16. I think it dates from the announcement of the ruling. Hopefully they will just scrap the ban
  17. Good question. If we're a newco surely the fine and transfer embargo only apply to the oldco
  18. You're fighting a losing battle gaga. People don't seem to realise the sanctions are unprecedented because the situation we are in as a club is unprecedented. Whyte is responsible but as per the sfa rules we as a member club are also culpable. Make no mistake the next 4 or 5 years are going to be hard for us but we will make our way back to our rightful place as the greatest. Let them have their fun while they can WATP
  19. There's a difference between players being for sale at full Market value and being able to leave foe free or a nominal fee. I don't think many of the big names will stay. maybe jig an one or two others. Now we will see who really cares about our club.
  20. It seems like liquidation by another name. I'll bet the sfa just change the rules again to screw us over. I do like the way he has put the onus on them but I feel it won't make a blind bit of difference. If he is right about ticketus blocking a cva then perhaps tbk were taking the right approach after all.
