Ally talks about being short of strikers but forgets to mention either jig or Bilel can fill the role. I also suspect Crawford, Aird or McKay could fill in upfront and that is not including U20 players

Not sure if the lad is or ever will be SPL material but some of the warmers on here gloating over his injury are well out of order.

If we expect or want him to be part of our SPL success season after next then he needs games now. Not saying he should be playing every week or that the guy is a Wee Willie in the making but he needs match practise.
The league is all but over and youngsters will never have a better opportunity to gain much needed experience.

Always felt Orjan Persson was a bit of an enigma, brilliant and unpredictable one minute, totally useless and lazy at other times. Certainly scored some cracking goals. I remember as a kid being in the wee enclosure when hit a ball on the volley to score a screamer against Hearts.
As to the comments about Fergie. All can add is a very passionate hard-worker of limited ability

One of my fav. Manchester quips was when the Zenit fans tried a wee version of the bouncy. Rangers fans then started a Bouncy that had the whole stadium rocking and the commentator chipped in with HOW DARE THEY TAKE US ON.

Of all the matches and there have been many over the years for me nothing will ever compare to the 1972 semi versus Bayern at Ibrox. That was the most incredible atmosphere I ever remember at Ibrox.
Feyenoord fukkin animals, wonder if they would have been as brave had the numbers been even? I think not.
Back in the day when Bears made up most of the Scotland support the atmosphere at Wembley the year we stole the pitch was brilliant.

Even when he had shown great potential and should have been looking firward to becoming a Great Ranger, yes as far back as 1999, it was obvious to other players that he had problems with alcohol. Saw Jukebox having to help hom into a taxi and that was 15 years ago. Another Scottis talent wasted by booze.

Good player. Solid reliable defender and a really nice guy who seemed to enjoy his time at the Gers. Reckoned that the game in Scotland was all about 'rush' and that players didnt get enough time on the ball. Felt the hussle and bustle of the game in Scotland harmed Rangers when it came to European games.
