You pays the money you call the shots and if the paying customer don't like, then don't buy. The money men can either sell on as a going concern football club, which you wouldn't get much for if the fans weren't buying, then just sell on as a piece of real estate for the GCC to reassign it's planning status, which they would take great delight in doing, to the garbage bin for redevelopment as a supermarket.
Now, for all those (minority!) malcontents, just how many boards do you wish the club to go through until we become a supermarket? Will you be happy then?
Bottom line is, if you don't put in the money, you do not have any given right to run the business and if this continues we won't have a business, which adds up to NO club! So, either put up the money or fuck off! Dead simples!
Now, if it was my money, I would choose to listen to my reasonable paying customers, but I would NOT be listening to subversive, sabre rattling bullies, who spread disinformation and downright lies. If I did, I would have no business and that is where we are headed if this keeps up.
I would much better watch my Club playing in an Amateur league, than bow to the wishes of a lynch mob!

Are we going to be asking this board and any new one a month by month statement of accounts. If yes, a joke and a crock! The accounts should published as per LSE rules, or by statute if we ever return to being a private company, no more, no less. Why should we be giving our haters and competitors every opportunity to scrutinise, speculate, twist and defame or give a competitive advantage? If any shareholder has concerns, they should make them known through the proper and confidential channels.

Both sides of this argument have valid points.
Had McColl, Mini and their minions been this vocal and organised before SDM and the bank sold us down the river to Whyte, its possible we would not be having this discussion today. Mini was part of TBK who talked and talked spread rumours and innuendo via various media outlets, but when push came to shove were found seriously lacking in substance.
This is now being repeated by the same people, using the same tactics..
At the AGM if shareholders are not happy with any of the dealings of the board. Financial or other, a motion of no confidence in the board can be put, if this is passed by a majority, the board is removed.
Nominations for new office bearers are called for, etc etc.
Why then are bears both for and against the present board engaging in this public slanging match. Which all our detractors are loving.
Wait til the AGM and have faith in the good sense of the shareholders. If there has been any wrongdoing I'm sure the guilty parties will be slung out on their collective ears.
