I started unemployed with no badges or playing experience. Took Maidenhead United job in October - they were 9 points from safety. Managed to claw back the deficit but got relegated on the last day so they sacked me.
Got a job at Boreham Wood, they wanted to avoid relegation. Finished 15th but had a bad end to the season so they gave me an ultimatum of getting 10 points from first 5 games. Didn't want to go through pre-season and then get 9 points and the sack so I went to Tranmere Rovers who just got relegated from League 2. The whole first team wanted to leave when I took over. Nobody wanted any of them. Won the first 4 games of the season but when the transfer window shut, every players morale went to abysmal so now I'm mid-table, and sinking fast. Feel like chucking the laptop at the wall as every game I seem to lead 1-0 and lose 2 late goals in the last 10 minutes.
