  1. I'm not going to change my view that he is a coward in cancelling this game.

He is telling the squad, the fans and the opposition he has no confidence in his squad to win a game at home unless he has all his key players available.

He is also telling the young players they are not good enough and if so then he has a major decision to make about them come the end of the season.

And it strikes me as quite sad that many think we are being 'professional' when the truth is we are playing Dunfermline at home and have to have a full strength team to beat them.

So much for Rangers being able to field a side regardless of the obstacles and still being expected to win.

I think we need to be consistent, and that consistency comes from applying the rule the same way each time. We either always play on, or we always call off. I think we have done the right thing. That way there will never be any doubt, nor will there be any nonsense from Gordon Dalziel as there was tonight, when he said that he believed the call off was made in order to avoid a confrontation between fans and the board at the last home match before the AGM.

  2. I preferred it when bloggers committed their opinions or views on a subject to a page where we could digest it and agree/disagree or whatever. Nowadays though it seems that some so-called bloggers, don't blog at all, they merely act as a vehicle for one faction or other to get information ( accurate or otherwise ) onto the internet. That sort of "blogging" displays no talent at all in my book.

  3. so because he has a point he has the right to argue with fans about their constant arguing amongst each other

i see irony is fucking well lost with you :drugang:

Tut tut. The way I see it, he makes a point ( whether you agree with it or not) but he isn't arguing with anyone. He hasn't had a discussion with anyone, to have an argument. But feel free to have an argument with him, your choice of language though won't be enough to win the day.

  4. you signed up to RM to start an argument about fans arguing

you sir are whats known in medical terms as a fucking crackpot

Aye, cause coming on here and being the big cunt is going to make it all better.

    Pfffffft.

The OP has a point. Best of luck dealing with fellow supporters like these.

  5. No such thing as the commercial high court. The nearest applicable court would be the Court of Session. My first assessment is that this is nonsense. ( High Court hears criminal cases, same sort of judges hearing civil actions are in the Court of Session)

  6. A great post. A very sensible one as well. I think you would get Derek Adams for £100, 000 a year as well. I hope the board make this happen as I really rate him as a manager.

And just imagine for a minute, if you will, that Adams comes in and DOESN'T get us promoted......................

  7. Surely Mr Green understands stock market rules? There would be many things, mainly finance that could not be discussed in detail, if it wasn't already shared with directors, shareholders etc. no? That and the fact that the ability to come across well in a TV debate is low in my list of priorities for the qualities I expect from the people taking my club back to the top, that I say "not for me thanks"

  8. Have any of the journos who report this "financial woe" outlined what they think the 22 million or thereby has been spent on? There will be wages of players and staff, buying the Albion and Edmiston House, running costs at Murray Park & Ibrox, but not one of the reporters have tried to put a figure on any of it. Nor have they balanced it against the monies coming in - IPO, Season tickets, Puma, Sports Direct,, Blackthorn. Roll on the publication of the figures.

  9. Thought this was already on, pretty dissapointed today.

It has never been announced by the club as ready, so no need to be disappointed. They have said that it will be rolled out, probably on a stand by stand basis. They also said that it will be used to raise revenue. I would expect that we will be asked to pay for it and I am happy to pay so long as the club are reasonable ( it's not Facebook loyal, it's checking the half times scores, update on the news, traffic - for the journey home, and all sorts of other reasons ).

Passwords will probably all be dirfferent and unique to the user. If you give someone your username and password, I guess you won't be able to log in at the same time.

  10. Watched it in Symon's in Renfrew. Was in the lounge and big cheer came through from the Bar when Well scored. Like Alex McLeish at the end we thought the other game had finished at 1-1 when in actual fact the second cheer was for the second goal not the end of the game. Celebrated and started phoning ma mates. Only then did we realise Motherwell had got a second goal. Ah the memories.

  11. It seeks to remove him as CEO. If thats not being dismissed I have no clue what is!!! doh

CG has told PM and his cronies to put up or shut up. Looks like it will be the latter, or is McColl lying about not increasing his share in the club?

It calls for his removal from the board, but not from his position as Chief Executive, no? That's what I thought.

  12. In answer to the OP's question, he doesn't speak for Me. There is too much public mudslinging and broad brush statements from him about " what the fans want", and how "Mather would be dismissed" ( not what the EGM resolution seeks ) for my liking. All is not well, Paul Murray is not for me, but Green was of his time, should be thanked, but in my view should move on now, he is not the long term answer, we will never be off the front pages or the back pages for all the wrong reasons.

Double dealing with Whyte, his friends grandmother's bank account, hmmm, sorry I just feel comfortable about our future with Green. Not for me

  13. So no money but wants to dictate how things are run....I am so sick of these guys pandering to the fans and the media to try and gain influence and little bits of power without doing any work for it or putting any money up!

Doesn't look yo me that he wants to "dictate", he has initiated a process that goes to a democratic vote? I think in the long term McColl might have some further sort of involvement with the Club. Time will tell.

  14. Even if that means watching poor football and spending too much money on staff wages year in year out.

Are you willing to make this sacrifice just to remove green?

Green has only been away 3.5 months. If the money has been drained and wages are high, then most of it happened on his watch. Unless we are skint because of the wages paid to the new players over the past four weeks! Green is not the answer for me.
