    I was reading the officiial statement on the Linfield website and it said this:

    "Finally, the Club has read with some interest the statement from Cliftonville FC and the local press coverage concerning the Appeal decision. We would join in expressing our concern that the current IFA Disciplinary process is not fit for purpose in what we are constantly being told is a “post-conflict society”."

    I had a quick look on the net but couldnt find any statement from cliftonville

    anyone know what they are refferring to?

    Probably a joke but i will go with the view if you put yourself out there in the public domain people will pick up on it and the team is probably feeling a little down as recent performances have been beyond poor but over the season easy worthy winners

    I know you deliberately have missed the point - I have a great deal of sympathy for Ulstrr Unionists - as an SNP supporter I have a great belief in self determination.

    I also have no love for the IRA as they are just murdering scum (and I did a 3 year tour based in LONDONDerry)- Oh and my wife is a good Loyalist and we both have alligience to the crown. (and for the less socially aware - voting YES is NOT anti royalist)

    BUT none of that should have, nor has anything to do with the football team I support or why I support it - and so that my team gets stronger and remains relevant in the furture I favour decoupling of any linkage between Rangers and any poilitical or religious 'movement' - you would prefer a strengthening - so we disagree on that.

    maybe we have become a people and a support who have had enough of shit performances, shit attitudes from a bunch of fraudsters In rangers jerseys on the park, and on the bench, who couldnt even summon up the bollocks and bravery to give us our chance to fill that fuckin craphole of a ground for the final, to give us a chance to really piss the tarriers off by filling the shite smelling air above their dump, with the sweet fragarance of the sash, build my gallows and follow follow.

    and most of all, belt out we love you Rangers when they kick off.heaping even more love on a team who really dont deserve our adulation very much.

    I wanted to write a massive topic about my experiences pre saturday.

    When Rhys Jones (Everton Fan) was killed Liverpool played Z cars, Everton's anthem, at Anfield for the first time in history in his honour. Unlike Glasgow the city of Liverpool are united when it comes to tragedies and many a blue nose has a red in the family and vice versa.

    Would never happen north of the border though.

    Aye i know i have a wee soft spot for Liverpool and admire how their city rivalry does not boil over into a hate fest
