  1. The argument is only out there because that other lot wont shut the fuck up about it and get over the fact that it has been ruled as being done properly to the majority of its extent. Yes, it was a tax avoidance scheme, no two ways about it, but they had their own schemes in place as well, and to me, a tax avoidance scheme is a tax avoidance scheme, so no, there was no unfair advantage. Always remember that the other lot always play the downtrodden victim card at every opportunity, and say that the big bad Rangers are always cheating them out of 'deserved' and 'moral' victories.

    I completely agree.

It's ironic that they were hell-bent on rubbing the ruling in our face when they thought it was going to go against us, and then when it didn't, they discredited the findings and said they were meaningless anyway. It's total bollocks from them.

But it still beggars belief that fans who have never had a rivalry with Rangers are jumping on the bandwagon.

It's like they're siding with the biggest bully in school in the vain hope that the same bully won't turn on them one day, and will protect them from who they see as the 'Big Bad'

  2. After a lot of reading around on various threads, and reading different articles, it's become quite hard to decipher what's actually 'news' and what is being put out there by various factions to create animosity between the already straining Rangers support.

However, one thing I don't get is why?

Forget Celtic supporters for a minute, as their reaction to our troubles at the moment was so expected, it was cliché.

However, it seems that the majority of teams in Scotland are taking this as their opportunity to put the boot in, to join in with the rest of the teams and all have a go while we make our way back up to the top.

Ally McCoist, whatever your opinions about the man, has been a gent when it comes to other teams.

When asked if he thinks we'll go through the league unbeaten, he doesn't respond to the question, simply stating that is disrespectful to the other teams - so why can't we be afforded that decency?

There's the argument still put out there that the use of EBTs gave us an unfair advantage (despite rulings otherwise) - but even if there was, this was only in recent years, and so Rangers, having never been out of the top flight, wouldn't have gained an unfair advantage over lower league teams, so why is there vitriol from them?

In a sense, I find myself removed from it all.

I was born in Glasgow, and will forever be a Ranger, but I live in Swansea, so only get my Rangers news via the media - which isn't exactly trustworthy - and so although I'll watch the games on TV (or listen on the radio as was on Saturday), I sometimes feel that being so far away I'm not as 'involved' as it were - I doubt that may make much sense.

The one point I want to make is this:

Saturday afternoon, all of our hearts sank as we were 2-0 down in 10 minutes, and we all felt the same joy in that 85th minute when Clark secured the ninth win in nine games - we are the only team in Britain to still have a 100% win rate, and a goal difference of +33

We all want the best for Rangers, and McCoist was right - We don't do walking away
