I sense your frustration that I am trying to make you acknowledge what you actually said rather than what you wish you had. Even more interesting that you are trying to suggest I said something I didn't. (Regarding the club paying off Whyte).
Either you are in the know and we should be terrified of an upcoming admin, or you say stuff which may well prove to be bollocks, and we can pay you little attention, tough choice. Your epic fail on your first prediction doesn't help.
I'm frustrated because it's like talking to a bowl of soup
Just not at all sure in the point of it if there isn't some sort of call to arms.
-
But you didn't say King would return in the way he did and you didn't mention withholding season tickets, you said serious investment and a pay off for Whyte.
Strangely enough, if your first prediction had been accurate , your second would be impossible.
Final point on this. Believe it or not I am not Mr King and can't always tell you what the guy is going to say next. I do have access to certain details which I chose to divulge with fellow fans, you think that has no point and I completely disagree, the fans need to be kept up to date whenever possible, that is what I will strive to do as long as I have a source that allows me to do so.
Secondly, like that clown before you, you have also not properly read my comments concerning Craig Whyte, if you are going to debate something try and read the rest of the thread first, very tiresome indeed. Where exactly did I say the club would be paying that creep?
Time will tell of I am right or wrong, and I never stated Whyte was involved only heard that he was preventing investment with his supposed claimNot Rangers - other interested parties, yes. It will benefit the club and perhaps keep others from having some awkward moments in court, it will work out well for us as a football club though and that is all that matters.Get to bed.
-
So You say Rangers are going to give Whyte a big pay-off one minute and the next it's Rangers are going into admin due to lack of money?
Idiot, read what I said yourself you lazy effwit.
-
So what was your deadline for?
The question is more what did you say that has come to pass?
Judge me by the end of next week lads, that's all I can ask, any more info comes in I will PM a Moderator to do with it as he wishesLo and behold Dave King returned and as promised I followed up my initial thread with what I consider very important info, the link is below though I think you've seen it, my idea of important differs from yours I reckon.
Listen, to keep you happy there's another deadline on there too, so let's see what happens ok?
-
Do you want me to quote your OP to show just how accurate you were?
Significant investment from King and a pay-off to Whyte.
How's that all going?
Where exactly was I not accurate? I stand by the Whyte claim, watch this space. I don't recall putting any time limit on that mate.
-
Yes, ok, but you haven't done the first thing.
And speculation on stuff that you seem to belter is inevitable just seems kinda pointless.
I said King would be back on the scene and gave a time frame, he returned within it.
The other developments I have posted will come to pass too, if anything changes or more detail becomes available I will keep you guys in the loop best I can.

I'm asking what the point is.
The main point is that the fans are kept informed of what is developing at the club, they are aware they may be asked to dig deep again soon to secure it's future, there are a few other reasons which I'd have thought are self-evident I think most of it is self explanatory.
-
Thanks!
Now any chance of answering the questions?
Cheers.
Absolutely none stranger.
-
You never answered the questions.
You are you exactly, and it was 'why' not 'how'?
Cheers.

Just not at all sure in the point of it if there isn't some sort of call to arms.
I really have no idea what you are on about here, are you indicating you'd rather I didn't mention these issues which are crucial to the future of our club?

Cooper out. Durrant in...........for balance.
I thought Ian was seriously underused at times, I'd like to see that change too.

If you are aware what a crisis loan is in the UK, i would say it's an insulting comment. If not, fair enough.
It's just arguing for the sake of it now, nearly every publication outside the Record ran with that or similar.

Jeeeeesus. I used to think I was full of shit, I am not even in the same league as this. Gie us peace FFS.
Leave Rickshaw be.

Bawsburst a guru?
Well, maybe not.
-
And who are you exactly? And why would sensitive club info be passed on to you in America?
if you can answer these questions you might have some credibility. Somehow I doubt someone with less than 100 posts on a Rangers forum and who lives thousands of miles away gets his hand on top secret Rangers info.
Normally via a telephone, sometimes via electronic mail. My source never asked me how many posts I had on RM before divulging the info.
Look, if you wish to take it on board do so, if not then so be it. I am comfortable either way. I think that applies to anyone doubting the value of my contributions.
-
I am not happy (I don't think anyone is) about the loan. It would have been brilliant if we didn't need one, but we are where we are. I don't think however, it immediately screams administration, and of course it can be looked upon as a crisis loan, but it could also just be a stop-gap - Laxey and Sandy clearly think it will be repaid.
However, regarding the bold bit, here is a quote from Graham Wallace's Q&A with Keith Jackson that came after the news about the 15% pay cut proposal:
As GW said, it was an avenue the board were investigating as a way to cut costs. It again doesn't scream administration, and GW rightly put the record straight on this matter, so it wasn't a request that was refused, it was an idea run by them.
So there are my answers to your points, and why I don't see admin around the corner.
Regarding your source, is it someone at Rangers? On the board? How did they become privvy to such information?
Fair enough, let's see how this all plays out, I hope you are right if that's any consolation.

Hi Phil..
This place is great, your man Bawsburst has been calling it wrong at every opportunity and he's treated like some kind of Guru.
As soon as the info I provided is invalidated in the fashion of BB or Phil come and have a pop, otherwise it's simply rhetoric.
-
You're a fucking idiot.
Despite posting regards abuse to fellow Bears that was entirely called for.

About 14 years ago because I wouldn't fly till I was 11. Was not bad.
Cool, I wiki'd it a second ago been there for years, looks a solid jaunt, Scotland should have something like that.
-
And you seem to think you know more than our C.E.O, a court of law and Dave king all 3 of which have said Rangers are not and won't be insolvent anytime soon.
Seems that way.
-
Honestly? I don't know.
I would be a fool to say, because it would be a shot in the dark.
However, Lord Tyre has seen the state of the club's finances, he has said that there is insufficient evidence to support claims we are in serious financial trouble.
Dave King has said that he does not believe the club will be in administration any time soon.
Graham Wallace has repeatedly stated we will not be entering administration
So all things considered, I have no reason to believe that (taking into account this £1.5m and assuming people stand by the club and buy season tickets) we will be going under any time soon
So, could you please clarify something:
Do you believe we will be in administration in the foreseeable future?
And if so, why?
Because there seems to be a lot of evidence going against it, aside from (no offence) you and you undisclosed source.
I have been passed on details which I believe to be correct, in the eventuality it does occur at least it won't be a surprise to anyone on here.
If the crisis loan and requesting the players take a pay cut is evidence against potential hot water then fair enough, who am I to argue that?
-
Aye Phil whatever you say.
Laxey really are so desperate to get a car park that they are willing to throw £1,000,000 down the drain and risk losing every penny they've spent on shares?
I'm outraged that someone would compare my prose with that character, he can't put a sentence together any better than you providing supposed reasons on the Internet.
You seem to know more about Laxey's intentions than anyone else, thanks for that info.
-
Firstly, no need to be a dick.
My point, was that your original statement said administration will be upon us in 3-5 weeks, not that we'll be in administration unless we secure further investment.
That is why I asked if there was anything else you needed to clarify, because what you said initially implied that admin is all but certain and paperwork just needs to be filed, whereas your second comment implies we just need funding to keep our heads about water
But, while we're on this point, a quote from SSN:
So if the evidence failed to back up assertions our finances are shot to bits, why are we heading into admin so soon after securing a £1.5m loan?
Sincere apologies, it was uncalled for, you are spot on.
just how long will that 1.5m may last do you think?
Tom Irish English and Richard Wilson to join BBC Scotland

This is great news, leaving English aside Richard Wilson is an outstanding appointment. Important we have men of the right ilk in places such as the Beeb. Too many profane characters in the Media.
