  1. Any proof? Nah, didn't think so.

When exactly does he get his close to £500k back pay in your fictional scenario? Does he get it in a big lump sum?

I don't need to prove anything to you, i am telling you what happened.

    File it under facts.

  2. Sack him, put Durie in temporary charge and advertise job..

It's not only a manager we need, we need someone to come in and gut the footballing side of the club..

Exactly which is why Durie, his pal, has to go with him. From Durie, Sinclair and Kirkwood to McCoist, Durrant and McDowall. They all need to go for the sake of the club.

  3. Ally did not volunteer for a 50% wage cut. It's a wage deferral and was only agreed on if we put a £1m sack clause in it as well. The man is consumed by money and himself. No Rangers man in their right mind would treat our club the way he has.

  4. Billy Davies has been sacked a couple of times and hasn't managed in Scotland for years, and when he did he wasn't all that good.

With McCall at the helm we could hit the ground running and I believe challenge for the title straight away, given how naive the tims manager is.

Anyway it's all ifs, buts and maybes. Unless we get beat 4-0 by Dumbarton or something he's not going to leave and we can't afford to sack him.

McCalls whos team have lost twice in a row to Hamilton Accies and who has a worse cup record than McCoist?

    No thanks.

  5. We should have a member of staff with ammunition for the manager to hit back with when this sort of stuff kicks off. Someone keeping note of refereeing mistakes which affect us. I am going way back to Davie Robertsons "offside" goal against Celtic that was onside. Beasley and Boyd in very important matches in recent years too with poor refereeing decisions against us. It happens, that is football as they say.

  6. Sack the Board because some guy doesn't like a kid's collar!

Here are Hearts ticket prices. note they're exactly the same as ours...

Anyway, I'm done here. Your 'arguments' tell me all I need to know.

I told you i had no interest in pointless comparisons, my argument was about value for money. Hearts fans probably feel as though they are getting value for money. Good on them.

    Actually, I forgot one thing...

Do you want to join the RM Sponsors' Fund?

    http://forum.rangers...howtopic=270743

No thanks, that's not something i am interested in.

  7. Sigh, I hate when people make me do this...

OK. I've just checked the Aberdeen online store for Kids kit - we're cheaper across the board.

Just checked the Hearts site - we're cheaper across the board

I've just checked the Mhanky Store. (Thanks pal!) - we are significantly cheaper across the board. (our shirt - £37. theirs - £48)

So, what exactly is your issue with the pricing of our kids' kit? Why should our kit be significantly cheaper than these other clubs - are our manufacturing costs lower?

It was more the lack of value for money i had the issue with, as i said. I ain't interested in comparisons of prices, quality wise, our Puma rubbish wouldn't get near any of their Adidas or Nike stuff. The collar on my sons is big enough to fit around a circular coffee table, it looks so stupid in fact i don't even let him wear it. It was a waste of money. The shorts are too long, the adult collar on the home top looks ridiculous and the actual design of the kits is amateurish.

Then there is 30 odd quid to watch us getting pumped at home to Hearts or £29 to watch us play Dumbarton.

The £10k a week we pay Ian Black, £7k a week we pay Shiels to do nothing, £7k a week to Templeton to sit on a bench, £8.5k a week we pay the manager to make us a laughing stock, the £4k a week we pay Durrant to put cones out...........

As we post loss after loss after loss with the begging bowl out every few months.

  8. Prior to your relatively recent joining of RM, where did you post your argumentative and possibly libellous comments previously?

This seems to be the only place i have a problem with our online community, albeit a small minority, i have no problems with any other forum, of which i am a member of all.

Don't you agree it is good for the fanbase to have people like Billy Paterson on this fans board? He will ask the questions which matter, if he is allowed.

  9. green eyed monster? I was asked to put my name forward for one of the categories but decided against it. Ben on enough of these to realize you only get lip service from the club. Good luck to those involved because thru experience they will need it. Does this make all our other groups defunct now or will it be like life of Brian

    I wasn't talking about you.
