In most other walks of life, if you were posting 'cryptic' stuff on social media about your job and your workplace then your employer might not appreciate it. This latest one isn't as bad as others recently but it's time he gave it a rest and started walking the walk on the park, instead of just talking the talk.

Its self interest, plain and simple. We've seen teams enter the leagues in recent decadesand a good few of them have thrived, Ross County, ICT, Cove for instance, and have achieved more than a good number of established SFL teams.

Yes they changed the rules this season and made the license system more strict. Call me a cynic but it stinks of spfl clubs wanting to protect their places in the league system. If you think of the clubs relegated from league 2 since the pyramid came in, none have bounced back, only Brechin have come close. It's a sad day for the Highland league which is one of my favourite leagues, however as its Buckie Thistle I'll not complain given their club colours
