Are there people on here who only read messageboards instead of sports reports? This guy has something like a 1 in 2 record of scoring goals wherever he's been and it was reported in the quality press that he was signed for the CL qualifying games when other options were still injured of gaining match fitness. He has been playing non stop for nearly 2 years and the agreement was that he would be rested for a while after the CL stages but it's all gone Pete Tong. He's a very strong and powerful Centre Forward, something that the team does not currently have and if he is given the correct opportunities, I expect him to do well for us. Or failing that we'll call him a £1M dud who needs to go in the Summer?????

The 'red card' discussion was utter bollocks on BBC and Setanta. How on earth could Davie Weir have received a Red card let alone receive a yellow and Gomis getting nothing. It was a no nonsense 50/50 challenge IMHO.

Wasnt Sir Alex Ferguson watching him when we went to Tynecastle? So good enough for ManUtd but not Rangers?? Hes a class player and we need the cream of Scotland at Ibrox. Im sick of watching a Scotland team made up of 7 or 8 C**ts So you base buying a mediocre SPL player so we have more players in the Scotland squad that celtic? Maybe you should take Chester's job He plays his best when it's a high ball but I don't think he's anywhere near the finished article.
