Ach he was only ever a bit of clever business by Watty, he does a wee bit of sweat for us and sooner or later we punt him for a profit to a crap English team, job done, he's about as hard working as a Partick tart anyway and not really good enough for us long term. I have a feeling Rangers can pick up plenty of guys like Cousin or that waster Jan Vinegar of Balsak all around Europe for a short term, there's just as many affordable decent strikers at home, the long term concerns me but I'm happy enough to use these pros who they think they are using the SPL as a stepping stone to no-mark English football. Mind you I'd love to have kept Arteta. What is he ever going to get with Everton except an STD?

Kevin K has been and always will be a total w*nker. All the guys at Rangers right now, including Cousin, are looking at silverware sooner rather than later. Newcastle will win nothing in the next 5 years, except maybe relegation. A pointless pointless team. Still, if they want to give a canny manager like Walter some money he will find several decent replacement players with change to spare.

We knew it would be a tough ugly win, it was. A lot of games in a short time. Walt is proven right in the end. Next games needs massive effort. Adam can be brilliant and then useless. His goal was fine and should have stood.

I'm pleased to see what looks like devotion to his team but appreciate that realistically he will need to cash in at some point in time, hopefully he'll keep improving, win the title, and next year pop off to Manchester with a big cash injection to Rangers.

It is a silly word for football but the world we live in is quite silly.
You can make an enemy very easily, over the most trivial reasons, therefore a large institution like Rangers will attract its fair share of enemies.
Some of our fans are idiots, but no more than many other teams, this just gives ammunition to other idiots to take a kind of moral high ground.
If it was just a football team it would be difficult enough but Rangers are a symbol of Ulster and Orange Order and Union and Engerlund and the Queen and being quite successful. People who are enemies of these things will be our enemies by association. F*ck em!

I think Burns is a Celtic man thro and thro but that doesn't make him a bigot, I'm a Rangers man thro and thro, does that make me a bigot? And you could tell what it meant to the Fergusons or to Bomber Brown or even Laudrup whenever they beat the Tic. That meant everything to them but not in a bigoted way.
If Burns was in any way a two-face snide then Walter would never have had him on the Scotland team. I think he knows what side he is on but so do I. Problem is some folk don't know how much the Old Firm feed off each other. They exist in a second rate vacuum where it seems all they need to do is beat one another. The quality of football takes second place to the continual war. P*sh.
Football is what matters and our footballing reputation and the quality we should show to the rest of the world.

Andy500 is allowed to be pessimistic every now and then, We won, but it's obvious, as Walter admits, that vast improvements need to be made. Hutton should get some praise, but the mid week team were poor, showing that you are angry shows that you care.

Game might not mean much to Celtic as they are so far ahead but for a game coming up with Aberdeen we need to keep winning, and we have thanks to Ugo. We were pretty lucky mind. (header)

Boyd p*ssed off?! How could you tell. He makes Marco Negri look like a right happy bunny. Walter aint daft. He'll have his reasons. Besides, we'll need Boyd in the games to come or late on tonight maybe.
