  1. The unprofessionalism of Rapid is no fault of Rangers or the player. They're only embarrissing themselves as a club. I'm still confident that this deal will go through for some reason.

Hopefully Villa will absolutely pump them tomorrow night, which will swiftly draw out the conclusion of this mess of a transfer.

  2. I think the CL needs to get the champions of the top 12 leagues in first and foremost, then look at runners up. The fact the likes of Liverpool are in year in year out when they havent even won their domestic league in 20 years makes a mockery of those that do. The CL is getting dull because it is the same faces year in year out, and no-one outside the top 4 countries has a chance of winning it these days.

  3. Lets not forget his sulking on the day we won the league last season. Initially I was hoping it was just because he was mulling over the possibility of missing days like that if he left Rangers.

However, if he knew he was leaving in January then why act like that to try and draw attention to yourself and put a slight dampener on a special day? That's what a child does!

Rangers don't need sulky children playing for the team. It's simply not Rangers class.

  4. Is it a written rule that Celtic must have horrendous looking away tops, that appear to have been designed by a 9-year old? That "You'll never walk alone" thing looks awful!

Mind you, the sight of the green and white hoops always makes my eyes burn anyway...

  5. I would be just getting off the plane to Manchester at this point.

Had an exam which finished at half 5. Drove straight to the airport and got a flight down. Arrived at the centre as soon as it kicked off to discover all the mayhem resulting from the switched off screens. Found a wee pub that was showing it though. My dad was at the game since I'd given him my ticket.

Was gutted that I'd missed out on all the build up, but I knew I had get to Manchester if it was at all possible just in case we'd won.

I'll never forget sitting in the exam hall with my Gers top and scarf on. Shared a great we moment with a passing bus of bears as I left the exam hall too, when they all clocked me walking out the uni doors and started banging on the windows at me, jumping up and down and waving their colours. It was brilliant. Loved getting the underground from the uni as well, where it said "Ibrox Stadium FULL" on the electron boards.
