  1. Quite a few teams linked with Moss, even my Seahawks but I don't think PC will sign him. WE don't need a reciever like him anyway, we need to get our injured players fit ASAP as we are entertaining the Giants on sunday which will probs see us sliding back to 4-4 along with the Rams.

The NFC west is too close to call just now, just a pity the teams are so mediocre hehe

  2. Bruce LEroy deserves to be destroyed, a lucky win in his fight, the guy thought he had it won and was slack allowing the submission. He is a bellend and so annoying.

I actually prefer Koscheck, good banter but GSP is ice cool when deealing with him. The skit with him in his pants was hilarious this week.

It should be good when they get back in the octagon.

    Report: Patriots acquire Branch

Pats.jpgThe Patriots have acquired wide receiver Deion Branch for a fourth-round draft pick in 2011, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Branch, who was a second-round pick of the Patriots in 2002 out of Louisville, spent the first four years of his career with New England and developed a tight bond with quarterback Tom Brady. He had 213 catches in four seasons in New England, and finished Super Bowl XXXIX with 11 catches to take home MVP honors in the Patriots' win over Philadelphia.

However, Branch and the Patriots became embroiled in a contract dispute, and New England shipped Branch to Seattle for a first-round pick in 2006. But the recent trade of Randy Moss to the Vikings clearly opened up a slot for Branch to return to the Patriots.

The 31-year-old has 13 catches for 112 yards and a touchdown through four games with the Seahawks this season.

Brilliant news, I cnnot believe we gave a 1st round pick for him. Hampered by injuries but just poor value overall for the hawks. Always on the cards after we signed Stokley from the Broncos.

Please give us Vincent Jackson in a trade and acquire a new QB in the draft for the future!

  4. They played yesterday Jelle.

what about the Saints? They look a shadow of their superbowl winning selves. No unbeaten teams left after week 5 which is the 1st time since 1970 this has happened.

The Ravens are the only team continuing to impress week after week now.

San Diego must be kicking themselves, they would have walked it against the raiders and sehawks if it was not for some shocking special teams play! Rivers is putting great numbers up every game but they need at least 30 points just now to even have a chance of winning due to them being so pourous at the other end.

/all you gotta do is sign up to that and picking your team is easy. You just drag players onto their specific position and hav to comply wtha salary cap. you need to 8 players each week but it is really easy to judge who is playing well and who aint. There is a how to play section on the side butit would be fun and if any of you want to join up and log into a new league I just set up then the league name is Rangers Media and the code you need to join is PA5-995

  6. Plenty of shocks again this weekend, looks like my yahoo picks were a bit off for a change! I was doing quite well as well hehe

    Seattle :anguish:

Everytime we look to be showing something we go on the road and blow it! In order to win our division we will need to win EVERY single home game as I just do not see where we are going to win on the road, possibly arizona as we took a po0unding off Bradford and co. yesterday.

Shambolic on Offense again and we jsut cannot stop teams on 3rd down. Earl Thomas makes some big plays (3 INT's in 2 weeks) but teams get up the field with ease against us. Hasselbeck is misfiring badly and we are jsut so frustratingly inconsistent.

Bye week to come so hopefully time to regroup before we go over to Chicago.

I recorded the giants game but from the reports I don't think I will watch it if it is a stinker.

  7. What great drama, a well deserved win and I was unable to watch it today because of work so only had to use the beeb site for updates which was really frustrating!

Glad to see Europe get over the winning line, the yanks but up a great fight today and played some brilliant stuff by all accounts. Looking forward to watching the highlights now.

  8. I actually think our game agaisnt the Rams is 50/50.

We have not won on the road forever practically and I think Bradford will get plenty yards due to our secondary. We need Hasselbeck to put in a huge game for us as we were very poor on offense last week, special teams won the game for us.

Key will be pressuring young Sam and hopefully roughing him up as well and that could mean mistakes and hopefully ending with us 3-1 which no1 would have predicted at the start of the season.

    Go Hawks!

  9. He's clearly more talented than Hendry. He's just deficient in every other department, and that's why Hendry is (was) better.

Just because commentators have this fantasy about a "flawed genius" doesn't make it true. How can he be more talented than the greatest player ever to play the game. He will never match up. Hendry in his prime was even more consistent and still had higher breaks than o'sullivan.

So he can play with both hands, big deal, nothing about O'sullivan comes close to hendry. Away from the table as well.

  10. I missed this show as I had a niht out. I thought the bill was decent but maybe not quite PPV standard. Sky are pushing their luck with the PPV options these days.

No real surprise results at all. glad to see James DeGale destroy carl dilks in a round. I think he is the next big thing for british boxing. Well, him and cleverly.
