Sounds like Sionko is having a good game ..... ture ??

Penalty ... and goal ... Well Done bears
-
I like Buffell but he fails to deliver all to often. 1 game in 5 is not the type of player we need.
Unless he can gain some consistency over the remainder of the season then i would ship him out in the summer.

TBH ... i WANT Le Guen to come out & say "They aren't fit to lace our boots ... of course we will beat them "
I know it sounds arrogant but i am fed up with hearing our team being belittles by all, i want PLG to inject some pride, passion & belief into the squad .... continually saying "It will be a big test" or "It won't be an easy game" only give space for the players to believe this & to further doubt thier own abaility.
Its the same with Europe, we come up against diddy teams and the club & media spout out the usual "No easy games in Europe" yet you hear reports of the opposition manager saying "They are a poor team from a poor league, i am very confident we can win"
Big up the Bears ... if we fail, then go down in flames rather than with a whimper.

Can we win the league ?? .... in a word .. NO !!
-
We can only catch them if they drop keep dropping points AND we win our remaining fixtures.
We cannot afford to drop 2 or worse, 3 points against anyone again this season.
Does anyone beleive we are capable of that kind of sustained winning mentality? I certainly don't.

I would like to state for the record that the Masons and the Orange Order are VERY different organisations with very different agendas.
Anyway .... I like to think the the sectarian divide has become less vocal & visual in the past 5years within the footballing fraternity.
We are begining to see a new generation of fans coming throgh who seem to be more concerned with footballl rather than the opposition fans, which IMO is a very good thing.
Hopefully, when the next generation comes through it can be virtually eradicated, much like Racism has been virtually (nort completely but...) wiped out.

I heard on the radio (not the most reliable source but ...) that the reaosn Boruc faces INTO the goal is he is blessing them & asking for protection ... or some such twaddle.
I am no religious person so it seems daft to me but if he feels that helps him in a match then fine by me.
Making the sign of the cross means nothing to me and does not in any way offend me.

I heard reports today of unrest within the dressing room, a split camp between the Scots & the Foreigners.
Now, i doubt it would be all the non-scots .. the likes of Prso & Novo would hardly be involved.
Has anyone heard anything else on this ?

I see a 2-1 to the Bears.

We do not need to spend huge sums of money, we just need to find the right player(s) to fit into the weakest areas i.e. Defence.
Price does not mean quality ... look at Sebo & compare his price to Larsson.
-
I think we have a far better midfield than them.
Naka & Graveson will dissapear (As usual) & we can run by Lennon.
Baz needs to get a hold of the ball early & dictate the pace of the game tho, it needs to be a high tempo game with quick but controlled passing.

The league is a marathon ... not a sprint, so if we lose 4 games a season to or bitterest rivals but ultimately win the league then i can live with that (i think .... !!)

I ama Rangers fan & a Tartan Army member so i gotta be honest and say Scotland -vs- England.
I comes around not very often but when it does & just dominates everything, front & back pages of all UK printed press & the headlines of all TV media.
It consumes my psyche and am devastaed if we lose, when we lose to the 'tic i am upset but know we always have a chance to recover within the season.
-
Yes we can do it, as long as we put in a simlar first half performance as we did agaisnt Hibs.
-
I think he can save us a fortne.
He is by no means the finished article and his confidence will only now be growing as he was never a regular & any mistake he made would've been highlighted thereby probably losing him his starting slot.
Hopefully with decent coaching and a more secure berth as first team keeper he will become a stronger personality in the box & impose himself more on the team & the game.
-
It really depends, yes we were poor against Partizan but we also had 5 reserve players in our starting squad, if yo rip the heart out of the team you cannot expect 5 people who haven't played together to suddenyl form a good partnership.
Anyway, we have had a lucky draw & we have every chance of getting to last 16 but we do require to strengthen in the January window, with a decent centre half & possibly another striker up front which can only improve our chances.
-
I agree that there is no Gough type player in our squad but i wouldn't have Marv back in our squad & Ricksen, IMO, was never a very good RB, he was always much better in midfield but he disliked playing there.

You cannot judge a amanger over such a short series of games.
The guy has hardly got his feet under the table & as usual we cry for immediate & instant success.
We must give the manager a chance.
