  1. I joined the travel club a couple of weeks ago, I havent had any card yet. My outwith scotland travelling record is Manchester Emirates and Portsmouth (back from pompey half an hour ago)Ah jist love it, been a travelling bear If Britain was to be on its last legs (god forbid) then Im sure the Travelling Bears would be Britains last stand.

. I am a lone Ranger , always have been, but I want to go to every away match there is, assuming I have a ticket. Is the best way to get away tickets to join a supporters club. Any suggestions for getting away tickets are welcome.

    Stand Up

    For the travelling bears.

Ps On my way back from Portsmouth I got talking to an Irishwoman (real one) who was wearing a gaelic football top, after a while I mentioned I was a Rangers supporter coming back from seeing Rangers in Portsmouth, she looked a bit surprised and said Oh!right. Probably wondering how this pleasant chap could possibly be a mindless bigoted etc etc. I think I could have shagged her if I wanted to.

  2. From my experience, I doubt they'll give you a concession. What is the name of your condition, if you don't me asking?

i dont mind, feel free to ask me questions if you are interested, i have multiple disabilities, one minor and one moderate-severe - my minor one is a condition called Dyspraxia - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dyspraxia, and i also have a bilateral sensrineural conductive hearing loss, which is moderate/severe, both of these put me on the disabled list and i can claim DLA and minor mobility problems

Does that not mean you can claim a nice wee motar?

nope ;p, its minor, i have difficulty with balance and simple motor functions, nothign too serious, but stuff like opning jars and stuff is difficult, writing is difficult, if you were in copland front 2 today, you may have seen me hanging onto my mum for dear life tryign to go down them stairs without railings :pipe: but its not seious to get a free car, one of my friends gets one, but then again, he only has one leg ;p and no arms :pipe: youd be surprised at what he can do ;p he can write better than me <cr>

    I'm sorry.

Definitly a case far a concession, bad news if they dont.

  4. If a person has a disability that can affect their enjoyment of a match then they should be able to get a concession.

The tactics and/or result sometimes affect my enjoyment of the match - can I get a concession? :P

Nope, we'd all be at it then. I once claimed that supporting Rangers was affecting my health. Surely a blind or partially sighted person would get a concession.
